The IQ of their Smart Bombs seems to be a little less than ours. But then, they give a crap about collateral damage and PC-ness.
In a situation like this one the overwhelming majority of US weapons will be precision guided. The highlights reel from the Russians looks shows a lot of hits that aren’t that tight. I don’t think they really care.
