Overall, Trump has 33% support among likely GOP caucusgoers, followed by Cruz at 20% with Carson at 16%, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio at 11% and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at 4%. The new poll shows Trump up 8 points, Cruz up 9, while Carson has faded by 7 points, compared with the last CNN/ORC poll, conducted in late October and early November.

Wonderful. GO TRUMP GO.
Interesting. This looks like a broader based poll versus the narrow base poll by Mammoth(sp). I think Trump is connecting with a broader base and will bring in people who may not have voted recently and are sick and tired of Washington.
PING!!!
I have a slight preference for Cruz over Trump, but any poll that has the sum of the two greater than 50% works for me. I suspect Cruz and Trump would support the other if it came down to it. Anything that prevents a GOPe backed candidate from heading the GOP ticket.
The monmouth poll used new methodology for their poll in Iowa CNN used voters who actually voted last cycle and are voting this cycle — COOL lol
Go, Trump, GO!!
Go, Cruz, GO!!
We win, they lose.
Wow! Imagine that!
Go Trump!! YUGE leads...in IA....and nationally!!
Woo hoo!!
Can’t wait.
contradicts Monmouth
Some other poll has Cruz leading Trump by 4, and this one has Trump leading Cruz by 13. I hope Trump is in the lead, but given so many wildly inconsistent polls, who knows what is really going on.
“Trump has 33% support among likely GOP caucusgoers, followed by Cruz at 20% with Carson at 16%, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio at 11% and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at 4%....”
In other words, Trump has 67% more support than Cruz; over twice the support of Carson; exactly three times the support of Rubio; and over 8 times the support that Bush ‘enjoys’.
LOL....yes, I know, I know; however, we’ll see when the silly little meetings go.
