Traitors!
Had FDR imported thousands or millions of rabid Nazis during WW2, Congress would have impeached him.

Islam isn't just political.
It represents precisely the form of Pope and princes/Cromwellian total control over society that the founders sought to insure against by denying any state sponsored sect or church sponsored system of government.
Sadly, their words left room for fascists and progressives to infer their own goals from what 18th century minds intended. Now you risk ruin by freely expressing Christianity or even suggesting proactive defence against aggressive jihad.

> the sense of the Senate that the United States must not bar individuals from entering into the United States based on their religion

Idiots. It's current law.

See 8 USC § 1182(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President, in relevant part, "Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

GOPE senators are nothing more than "conservatives of convenience" (if they're conservative at all!)

They defend the Constitution, our Judeo-Christian values and conservative principles when it's convenient for them to do so -- When it doesn't take much effort or when it doesn't get them into trouble with their beloved MSM or when it doesn't interfere with their personal power objectives.

Yet they run as conservatives to get elected. These are duplicitous, dishonorable and disgusting people (Gee -- sounds like something Jackie Chiles would say!)

$inators ignoring the law. How much campaign money are they getting from the Opecker Princes and George $oreA$$.

Wait until Rush and others like us get the word out about how we have had a 1952 federal law banning any criminals and terrorists from immigrating, passed by congress, signed by Truman and not declared invalid by the Supremes.

I emailed this reality to fellow conservatives several times and have discussed it with others. Please send it to your friends and maybe some screaming libs you know.

All the mediot fools are unknowingly backing their criminal Obama re his refusal to use his existing Constitutional power to shut down muslim aliens entering the country until they can be properly vetted. This will surge Trump again in the polls.

Per existing federal law at 8 USC 1182:

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to appropriate.

Current laws banning admission to the US, and not requiring new laws. Just need someone like Trump to have them enforced:

gpo~government printing office:

No admission for any alien for Security and related grounds

(3) Security and related grounds
(A) In general
Any alien who a consular officer or the Attorney General knows, or has reasonable ground to believe, seeks to enter the United States to engage solely, principally, or incidentally in
(i) any activity (I) to violate any law of the United States relating to espionage or sabotage or (II) to violate or evade any law prohibiting the export from the United States of goods, technology, or sensitive information,
(ii) any other unlawful activity, or
(iii) any activity a purpose of which is the opposition to, or the control or overthrow of, the Government of the United States by force, violence, or other unlawful means,

is inadmissible.
(B) Terrorist activities
(i) In general
Any alien who
(I) has engaged in a terrorist activity;
(II) a consular officer, the Attorney General, or the Secretary of Homeland Security knows, or has reasonable ground to believe, is engaged in or is likely to engage after entry in any terrorist activity (as defined in clause (iv));
(III) has, under circumstances indicating an intention to cause death or serious bodily harm, incited terrorist activity;
(IV) is a representative (as defined in clause (v)) of—
(aa) a terrorist organization (as defined in clause (vi)) or
(bb) a political, social, or other group that endorses or espouses terrorist activity;

(V) is a member of a terrorist organization described in subclause (I) or (II) of clause (vi)
(VI) is a member of a terrorist organization described in clause (vi)(III), unless the alien can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that the alien did not know, and should not reasonably have known, that the organization was a terrorist organization;
(VII) endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization;
(VIII) has received military-type training (as defined in section 2339D(c)(1) of title 18) from or on behalf of any organization that, at the time the training was received, was a terrorist organization (as defined in clause (vi)); or
(IX) is the spouse or child of an alien who is inadmissible under this subparagraph, if the activity causing the alien to be found inadmissible occurred within the last 5 years,
is inadmissible. An alien who is an officer, official, representative, or spokesman of the Palestine Liberation Organization is considered, for purposes of this chapter, to be engaged in a terrorist activity.

Rush Limbaugh discusses how Jimmy Carter used this law to expel thousands of Iranians.

Trump’s “Nutty” Proposal Is Already the Law of the Land
Rush Limbaugh.com ^ | December 9, 2015 | Rush Limbaugh

Over here, everybody in the establishment in the political class, Republican, Democrat, media, you name it, is all claiming that what Trump said is dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous, unconstitutional, while it is the law of the land. And it was utilized by Jimmy Carter, no less, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States, but he actually did more. He made all Iranian students already here check in, and then he deported a ton of them.

There is precedent for everything Donald Trump has said he wants to do. And if you listen to the wizards of smart in this country and our political establishment, you will think that this stuff is just unheard of, it’s almost unspeakable, it’s just indecent. Here we have in the establishment the reputed best and brightest, the smartest. We’re not even qualified to be in their company no less. And they’re dunces on this.

In November the 1979 United States attorney general had given all Iranian students one month to report to the local immigration office. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States, 1979. When this law, inadmissible aliens I just read to you, which I’m gonna be reading a lot to you today to the point you’re gonna get tired of hearing it, but you won’t forget it.

Please send this to fellow conservatives, media outlets and to liberals, who need a whack in the head with reality of how their President Truman signed this law and later Carter used it to get rid of a lot of potentially dangerous Iranians.

What feckless wonders they are! A simple resolution?!
Why not enact something into law, something with teeth, instead of passing this paper tiger?

They are trying to change the law.

You're so wrong, Johnnie, it's not even funny! They have the means to pass a bill into law and instead of doing so they passed a resolution that has no force of law whatsoever!
It's a meaningless act and a crude political ploy.

Senate Judiciary Committee Votes To Bar Exclusion Of Immigrants On Religious Grounds
The resolution, which doesn’t have legal authority...

Check out this idiocy...
"The adoption of the Leahy Amendment would constitute a transformation of our immigration system," Sessions, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, told the committee.
It isn't a law so it constitutes SQUAT!

“In effect, it is a move toward the ratification of the idea that global migration is a ‘human right,’ and a civil right, and that these so-called ‘”immigrants” rights’ must be supreme to the rights of sovereign nations to determine who can and cannot enter their borders.”

In effect, not in actuality.

Leahy won't submit an actual bill because the means to do the very thing they voted against is already enacted into law. A new bill would have to state it was repealing the law on the books drawing even more attention to just how right Trump was.

Here is another resolution of weighty importance... Bills, Resolutions
114. S.RES.114 : A resolution supporting the designation of March 2015, as "National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month".

How fitting since so many of them have their heads up their rectums anyway!

I’m sorry, is Trump the POTUS?

They passed a Law because a Private Citizen made a Proposal?

I thought the Senate was run by the Republican Party?

I’ll have to ask the Wife if I’ve been in a Coma and just woke up in 2017.

No, they didn't pass a law. In a crude phrase, they said "farts don't stink because we say so".

Fart in their general direction and watch their faces crumple.
