Vladimir Putin has described US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump as an "unquestionably talented" man.

I don't believe that to be true. Most of the he-man Puttin haters (those who want to go to war with Russia over South Ossetia or bombing ISIS) are Fiorina, Cristy, Rubio or Jebbie supporters.

The irony here is that in 1984 Ted Kennedy tried to enlist the Soviets to help defeat Reagan in his reelection.
Now the Russians are helping the Republican front-runner, free of charge.
Go read the Putin/Russia threads and cross the names you find with those of Trump’s supporters. The loudest Putin haters are the loudest Trump backers.

And Putin is smart enough to understand that dynamic.

Don’t speak for me. I’m a big Trump supporter and would love to see Trump and Putin at a negotiating table. Putin would have to play chess not checkers like it is with Osama. It’s the Art of the Deal Trump is best at.
Bush and Putin were on good terms. A little too much so.
