Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and his super PAC are set to dominate the TV airwaves between now and the Granite State primary, reserving more than $14 million in commercials on both New Hampshire and Boston stations - including two Super Bowl spots - the Herald has learned.
It's a clear sign that Bush operatives, despite criticism over already spending more than $35 million nationally on commercials for just 4 percent in the polls, are doubling down on a strategy of massive TV buys.
Bush's forces plan to spend $14.1 million on ads on TV stations in New Hampshire and Boston leading up to the primary
-snip-
Bush-s independent super PAC Right to Rise has already reserved two 30-second ads during the Super Bowl - which will be played just two days before the New Hampshire primary - on Boston CBS affiliate WBZ at a total cost of $600,000.

Here’s to each ad being more off-putting than the one before. Dig that hole deeper, Jebecito.

When the product is bad, no amount of advertising or marketing helps. There is no such thing as a really good ad for a product people don’t want to buy.

Bush III would fit into the White Hut nicely.
He has become proficient in spending other people’s money.

They couldn't advertise their way out from under a bad product either.

Throwing other people's money at your problems is the Washington way! And look how well it has worked.
Trump has spent $200,000 and is the undisputed front runner by a massive margin because he is a product of the private sector where you can't solve every problem by throwing other people's money at it.
In the private sector, you have to smarter, stronger, more agile, and more cunning to survive. Not the case in government. And that's why Jeb is losing.

It would be far more efficient to make a pile of $100 bills out in a parking lot and set a match to it. Same effect...less fuss and bother.

Given the coverage of Superbowl ads, yebbie's will no doubt win the WTF were they thinking category. Mockery and ribald laughter to ensue.
OTH, if a tongue in cheek effort is made...Jeb, wearing his custom cowboy boots with the lifts, drop kicks Columba over the goal posts, with her banner streaming and Spanish announcer screaming "Gooooooooaaaalllll", it could become a classic.

I mute him now, how are more ads going to help? Same thing with yard signs and bumper stickers...how do these help a candidate? I see one and I react..."Yes!" or "No Way!"...but never has one changed my mind or influenced my vote. I won't put one on my car for the same reason. Today a Trump or Cruz sticker will get your car "keyed" in a hurry in a parking lot.
A negative ad from a pol turns me off and influences me more (negatively) than anything else. A funny ad, like Cruz' recent one made me pay attention. So much money wasted, wish they would just donate it to Wounded Warriors, it would do some good there.

If Bush wasn’t such a sore loser he would hold on to all that money he raised in the summer and spend it all on anti Hillary ads closer to the election.
