She does not not even have a law degree. And that is a good thing.
There is no requirement that Supreme Court Justices have a law degree sadly the current crop all do, as does Megyn Kelly.

Since they began to think a law degree was necessary to be on the court the quality of SCOTUS's commitment to protecting our liberties has dropped dramatically. They replaced common sense with precedent which was a travesty.

Law school as someone pointed out, teaches you how to get around the law and how to use it to your advantage.
The average Joe Blow has more respect for the law then your average lawyer.
