Did a carbon based entity that has a penis enter a women’s restroom?
Yes/no
If “yes,” does the carbon based entity identitfy as “female?”
If yes, give carbon based entity an award for courage and shame or arrest any person who complained.
If no, dud carbon based entity with a penis become aroused?
If yes, wail and gnash teeth over patriarchal rape culture and demand rape culture and white priviledge be destroyed.

All he had to do was say that he was exploring his transgender side. He would have been given an award.
Man in Bra and Wig Found in Women’s Bathroom...if I a reading this in NYC, don’t they have to fine the author? The accused gender preference is “woman,” the the headline should read Woman in Bra and Wig Found in Women’s Bathroom.

Well, according to recent liberal Washington State legislation, the Human Rights Commission granted transgender individuals access to the restroom of their choice. The decision makes it illegal for schools and businesses with eight or more employees to bar a man from entering a women’s restroom, and vice-versa. It also affects showers, locker rooms and saunas.
It looks to me like, based on this sick legislation, this perv was wrongfully arrested and will likely take his case to court where he will win a lot of money. In the meantime, there will be a lot more pervs taking advantage of this decision.
The article is from 2013. I think the original poster intended to illustrate what you say...that with the new regulations, this same perv would be protected by law. It’s crazy!
So the arrest occurred in March 2013. By May 1, 2013, apparently, he was already (re) arrested for a parole violation... tho not sure if THAT arrest linked to March arrest (or a previous one) ... but from second link below, implies no previous arrest pre-campus one:

But...despite the campus arrest...despite the parole violation re-arrest...the liberal of liberal regions (yes, ya gotta remember it's the ultra-liberal Northwest)...they don't tuck him away to protect women in his region...& by the end of 2013 -- per his facebook posting history -- he's gainfully employed.
The young man simply switches community colleges after a move.
By Aug. 7, 2014, he posts on FB:
"I'm going to be a much happier person now that I've decided to stop caring so much about what people think of me."
And, since then, he's onto new employment...a career.
I simply pray the young man finds the Lord...and, then, not allow his past to define his future.
