That is the painful part of “law”. It is also the painful part of being only a citizen.

Neither TRUMP nor clerk Davis can change the law. TRUMP simply said the obvious, that it was the law, and Ms. Davis was jailed, and reassigned, after refusing to implement the law.

There is a certain order to changing laws. Davis skipped the steps, but drew attention to the issue. She lost.

Donald hopefully will no longer be just a citizen, and can better advocate conscience rights.

Trump is smart.

Queers: "We are the 3.8%."     May 21, 2015

Follow that link to see how Gallup came up with 3.8%.

A Loud and Proud 3.8%? Ya gotta be kidding.

would nominate justices to overturn it.

Never happen no matter who is president.

The same thing can be said about every pro-life president since R v W..........

The abortion issue and now the homosexual marriage fiasco is nothing more than a red herring designed to divide and conquer the Republican party.

When was the last time you ever heard the MSM bring up these issues when discussing Democrats since it's safe to say that not all registered democrats actually support abortion or homosexual marriage?

I think we do. I believe we see him as a secular man, and a Christian who has probably not had our advantages of instruction in the faith, our relationship with the Holy Spirit.

For a long time, the Apostle Paul was in the same boat. We never know what crosses we shall bear in our life time.

TRUMP’s cross may very well be his own wealth, which he does not see can be a cross. Another cross may be the region in which he grew up, and with his hyperactive inclinations for performance and building and competition.

This is why we can not condemn another who in good conscience believes work and success is a virtue, and honorable. You know what I mean.

Have you not changed a single view you held in 2000? you see things about yourself and in all areas of your life exactly the same way you did in 2000?

People grow and change as they are open to God or evil influence.

My views and beliefs are very different than even 2 years ago (thank God!) let alone 15 years ago!

I wish people would stop posting such old info on candidates, unless they are currently being reaffirmed by the candidate as their current view. To show a pattern of long time view. Your link is a mixture, and his more current comment about not firing people because of sexual orientation, again seems from a business owner stand point. He’s not a pastor responsible for congregation. He is a believer who is (slowly) growing in God :) He needs prayers, not people negating his changes for the better.

Is trump pandering and lying currently? time will tell and actually it’s mostly just an issue between him and God. I’m at peace no matter whom God lets be elected because I know God is always in control, even when it doesn’t appear so in the world/situation.

Cruz lies a lot too! He says what he thinks people want to hear - to his own detriment. Cruz needs much prayers too.

Do you know any person who doesn’t lie to others? themselves? we all do or did until we truly changed our views. Since I know I God helped me in that way, I believe others can (since God is always wanting people to change for the better) and I give people the chance to show me that.

Just like trump. He believes people until they prove themselves a liar/fake. Then he says so (bluntly - LOL! ) and distances from them as much as possible while still at times having to deal with them in this world.

Then if you counter their spew with facts to correct the record, they say you are attacking them viciously, after they have just called names to him and his supporterss, spread lies, maligned everyone’s state of salvation and fantasized the end of the world if he wins.

Certain individuals, if you take special care to make a gentle, factual correction of their “mistaken impression” (bald lie) about an issue, backing it up with citations, just go directly to another thread and repeat the same “mistaken impression.”

Why couldn't it go back to the states, with the "marriage" licenses already in place grandfathered in.

That makes sense. Therefore the proposal will be lawsuit-bombed by all of Soros' minions.

"I would have much preferred that they ruled at a state level and let the states make those rulings themselves," Trump told Fox News.

Should be state laws not state "rulings".

Trump edges closer to understanding the 10th Amendment.

>> First, they are reluctant to overturn a previous SC decision. <<

The Court has already overturned 150+ previous decisions.

And how many times have they refused to review a case or upheld a previous decision? Much more than 150, I’ll bet.

Your understanding of culture is INSANE——

When you have a culture that promotes evil, vile irrational use of the body which rejects Common Sense, Truth, Science and God’s Laws-—you get a population that states “Heil Hitler’ (CULTURE based on Lies and Evil instead of Truth (Natural Laws) and God’s Laws (Our Justice System) for Stalin’s or Hitler’s.

Without promoting “public virtue” in culture (Just Laws) you will collapse civil society.

There is no rationality in children raised with homosexuals -—and their WARPED understanding of “Love” transferred to lust and domination and inability to relate to half of the population in sane ways...is EVIL and SEXIST.

It is basically changing worldview of children from Christianity (the only rational religion capable of the Age of Reason and our Constitution) to a Satanic worldview where EVERYTHING is permissible—even two men denying children their biolgical mother—PURE EVIL and DEHUMANIZING.. Man/Boy sex goes with homosexuality ALWAYS. It is a LEARNED behavior—like ALL behaviors and desires—especially SICK, UNNATURAL, filthy behaviors. Spartans and Samurai and today’s homosexual culture of Afghanistan ALL prefer the boys for recreational sex.

Teaching that “sodomy is good” to little five year olds like it has been done for 3 decades now is actually grooming the boys for the pedophiles (homosexuals). And if they DON’T agree to have sex with the old men—they steal them and rape them like in the Franklin Cover-up and with Jimmy Savile and Epstein’s little boat orgies (along with the orgies with children on the island and with Clinton.)

Promotion of EVIL irrational Law is “null and void” Homosexual “marriage” is an oxymoron-—not possible to have a union of two males sodomizing each other-—Justice is based on Christian Ethics in US Jurisprudence-—not Satan’s Ethics of using the body in irrational vile dehumanizing ways..

First off. Stop preaching at me. I don’t like that and refuse to read/listen.

Secondly. I’ve said that it should be a States Rights issue which I believe is the Constitutional position.

Thirdly. From a cultural point of view I believe the horse is out of the barn. That is just my opinion. Nothing more.

Lastly. My own marriage has not been impacted by this issue at all. Has yours? Has your marriage been damaged because two men or two women you don’t know call themselves “married”? I take a libertarian ( not liberal) position on this.

When you’re on record since starting your campaign for government controlled and taxpayer funded healthcare, but giving stump speeches claiming you want Obamacare repealed, not only does your judgement come into question, but your sanity as well.

You cannot claim to want smaller government and propose BILLIONS in spending increases (more for ethanol subsidies, more for some new border deportation department), tax increases for the “wealthy”, and say you will create jobs. This only finishes the work Obama started.

Every issue he has played bith sides. For gays now anti gay, for amnesty, oops still for amnesty. He funnelled money to the Democrats in a time that gave them the trifecta of all three branches, while having a majority in the supreme court to back them up. Trump called for Bush’s impeachment during war time, joining the chorus of those who wanted to undermine our mission in Iraq. I have given him the benefit of the doubt, done enough research, listened to his interviews and speeches and found all I need to know.

Besides being polar opposite of everything listed in this sites charter, Trump has the morals of BJ Clinton and the messiah complex of Obama.

they are reluctant to create a mess where tens of thousands of marriages are instantly void.

This is "small potatoes" compared to overturning Obamacare and EVERYONE knows that's gonna happen.

And you really believe Trump on this! I would vote for Christy or Kasich before I would vote for Trump! And if by some chance Trump does win the nomination, I have not really decided if I will vote for him! May just skip that part of the ballot!
