Report: Anti-White Agenda Revealed at GitHub’s Diversity Team
Breitbart ^ | 2/8/2016

Posted on 02/15/2016 7:17:59 AM PST by Altura Ct.

Online source code repository and team collaboration service GitHub has been under fire after an anti-white agenda was revealed within the company’s “Social Impact Team.”

According to Tech Insider’s reveal on GitHub’s current situation, CEO Chris Wanstrath is radically changing the company. The former flat structure that eliminated substantial hierarchy has been replaced with supervisors and middle managers, and the ability for employees to work remotely has been cut back in favour of mandatory office working environments. These changes have prompted many long-term employees to leave, with some reportedly being ousted if they cannot meet the new requirements.

GitHub’s Social Impact Team, which is “in charge of figuring out how to use the product to tackle social issues” has also faced heavy criticism. Headed by diversity consultant Nicole Sanchez, the team’s previous achievements include working with the White House to fit “low-income homes” with free Wi-Fi around the country, but the team is now focused on diversifying the company’s workforce.

“It is very hard to even interview people who are ‘white,’” claimed an anonymous GitHub employee speaking to Tech Insider. It’s a claim that seems shocking but should come as no surprise considering Sanchez’s previous outspoken statements on diversity.

In February 2015, Sanchez wrote an article for USA Today entitled “More white women does not equal tech diversity,” and during a diversity training talk Sanchez even stated that technology was “not work for white folks to lead” and that “some of the biggest barriers to progress are white women.”

Danilo Campos, the technical director at GitHub’s Social Impact Team, is also no stranger to controversial comments about race.

“Don’t think we’ll succeed teaching white, male middle managers empathy and compassion anytime soon. So let’s limit their scope of damage,” wrote Campos in one tweet.

"I don't think we'll succeed teaching white middle managers empathy any time soon."

Wow, imagine saying "I don't think we'll teach blacks how to problem solve any time soon" and having it be par for the course acceptable.

Half this country is in a deep deep and dangerous hypnosis. Pigs walking on 2 legs.

Same nonsense which is destroying Intel Corp in Portland, OR
Nothing will change until Intel’s new CEO is thrown out by pressure from employees.

Craig Barrett was nearly thrown out in 2003 by employees.
He resigned before it happened.

Sounds like a company ripe for bankruptcy somewhere down the road. Start monkeying with your company’s original purpose and eventually things will fall apart. OR...they’ll get giant goobermint subsidies to continue their “noble work.” Blech.

To be really pure, they need to just leave the evil white man’s technology alone.

Racists don’t know that the diversity hue, cry, and whining is just about over? Folks are sick and tired of people who want to have different colored skin. Paint yourselves whatever color you want and shut up!

Also, the same for males who want to be females. Cut the pecker off, get some fake boobs, and shut up! We’re tired of your sissy noise.

The term “racism” was invented by communists. Leon Trotsky was one of the first to use it. When whites engage in favoritism toward other whites (and therefore discrimination against non-whites), it’s called “racism”. When other groups engage in favoritism, it’s called “ethnic solidarity”. When you buy into these word games, it’s called being a useful idiot.

Racist is an interesting word, after all who are the real racists? A person that loves their race, is proud of all it’s accomplishments, wants to live with their own kind and preserve their heritage? Or is a racist someone that is trying to destroy someone’s heritage through mass foreign immigration, diversity, multiculturalism and race mixing?

"I don't think we'll succeed teaching white middle managers empathy any time soon."

Imagine if somebody said "I don't think we'll succeed teaching black middle managers empathy for anybody but fellow blacks any time soon" ?

The new Star Wars movie was supposed to be a 5 billion dollar movie. ( cough- cough) Recently, the script for the latest episode was torn up, and the release date moved back a year. (cough)

The PC backlash has started. Companies are dying off because no one in charge knows how to make things. One major company sent out letters during layoffs that effectively said if you only contribution to the organization is that you have an MBA then start looking for a new job.

I am also seeing a backlash within the university system. People are tired of paying big bucks for bad products, including bad education. I am the first to denounce a college education as practically useless and I have never demanded anyone have a degree to be hired, but I am glad to see companies are now demanding proper educations including a good GPA. I have seen as of late analysis of transcripts showing what courses were taken and the grades obtained to show a candidate has had the proper degree program. Companies are being more particular about what college and degree programs they will accept. Colleges are having to respond to this. Colleges, too, have been run into the ground and many have now failed and gone out of business.

PC is dead. Productivity and accomplishments are coming back. (Not to get political about it, but I think Trump has had a significant effect towards that attitude.)

“PC is dead. Productivity and accomplishments are coming back.”

I hope so but I was told the same thing thirty some years ago. PC will die someday of necessity but I just hope I don’t die first.

I hope you are right, because the Chinese keep advancing technically, and if we don't quit worrying about being politically correct, ethnic Chinese are going to end up kicking everybody's butt, because a sh*t they do not give about other people's racial "diversity."

It won't bother them at all to regard themselves as racially and culturally superior to everyone else. Indeed, this has been China's attitude for most of it's existence. :)

But...but..I thought the lib/prog types wanted MORE telecommuting, It's supposed to give mothers more quality time to nurture their children, they're our future, donchya know, and keep more cars off the roads to help save our fragile planet from an environmental apocalypse.

Glad to give you more info
I worked for Intel for 25 years and worked there because I loved the company. I volunteered to leave in 2014 rather than put up with the nonsense going on.
REALLY hard work at a stress level that is hard for non-Intel people to understand.

Code word for dying on the job was “popping a fuse”
Happened more often than you would like.

Andy Grove and Paul Otellini were Intel’s best CEO’s. BK and Barrett clearly the worst.

Andy working with Bob Noyce pioneered “copy exactly” which allowed Intel semi yields to be the best on the planet. Even today, Intel is 3-4 years ahead of anyone.

Paul Otellini worked the deal which brought Apple into the Intel camp and saved Apple.

Craig Barrett setup a plan with HR to fabricate poor reviews of long term, hard working people for the sole purpose of replacing them with workers from India.
I have always suspected he was working with Carly Florina who was doing the same thing at HP.

When Barrett got wind that employees were just about ready to show up at corporate headquarters with torches and pitchforks, he resigned.

Brian Krzanich, current CEO and not-fondly called “The Burger King” (initials BK) openly within Intel is actively working with Obama and the USA State Dept so only “Diversity Approved” people are hired.
Very Sr managers decided to retire rather than help with this nonsense push.
I know of at least 20 managers who decided to leave or were forced out.

One other thing which is going on very secretly is Intel is involved with the State Dept and NSA on some secret project I suspect having to do with monitoring communication.
The project isn’t on any roadmap and funding is coming directly from the Fed.

There was some quid-pro-quo arrangement but I left before I could find out what it was.
