LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- 500,000 votes have already been cast in Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)'s home state of Texas, and one million will be cast by Friday, giving Cruz a decisive edge over Donald Trump, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick told Breitbart News Tuesday night.
Patrick told Breitbart News that early voting favors Cruz, because Trump has not had as much time campaigning in Texas.
"This race is getting down to two people. Rubio doesn't have a pathway to victory," Patrick added, noting that one million early votes would represents 60 percent of the total in Texas.
...
Candidates must win at least 20 per cent of the votes in Texas to be awarded any delegates, Patrick explained, suggesting that Trump and Cruz would likely be the only candidates receiving delegates in Texas on March 1, "Super Tuesday," next week. He told reporters that if Rubio does break 20 per cent, he would still only win a couple of delegates.
Patrick emphasized that Texas alone has more delegates than Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada put together, allowing Cruz to make up a significant portion of the current gap with Trump...

That can be a problem with rapturistic theology (I mean overly concentrated on this).
More mainline fundies recognize rapture as an event that is both as unpredictable and inevitable as death. For almost all, death will precede it anyhow. The bible warned about rapturistic escapism as well. Be living just like you would if there wasn’t a rapture, and you’ll do well if you’re in it.
I am a Cruz guy with Trump as my second choice. Apparently I am moving from the “denial” stage to the “acceptance” stage regarding Cruz’s ability to become the Nominee much less taking the General if he made it that far.
It’s my reality first problem catching up to me I assume.
The more time I spend having to defend crap like this on here the less I am starting to care if People here want to tear each other apart over this Cruz / Trump rivalry.
I’ll Vote for whoever the Republican Nominee is period, whether it’s Cruz, Trump or anyone else that pulls it off.
Maybe, just maybe Mrs. K.C. the Apolitical Trump Supporter had it right and I had it wrong. I expected more from the Cruz Campaign and his Supporters here and I am watching it fold like a cheap Lawn Chair.
The Glenn Beck Endorsement and Holier than Thou Preaching was the icing on the Cake for me. That guy is a nut job and seeing him on Stage with Cruz gives me the creeps. I expected better of Senator Cruz.
I keep saying I won’t get in the middle of this crap, and then somebody either Lies like a Rug or Posts crap like that Picture. I need more self control or a Vacation. #;^)
Kinky...
Well, Trump is sure giving it the acid test. Cruz can’t shave his face crooked without us hearing about it from Trump. Personally if I were advising Trump I’d say knock it off. It’s just going to distract from the larger issues. But brute force attack has SOME effect.
Well there are some folks who would send out the, er, “bad snakes.” That’s what I was hinting at, I think.
Trump hates Cruz and all of his supporters
It drips from so many trumpsters
There is nothing against Rubio sanders or Clinton.
Cruz is better than trump. That’s why it’s all ad hominem about Cruz.
Oh there’s a lot of mud slinging going on, I agree.
I wonder if foam party Rubio will eventually step up to clean up the scene?
What is the OP dripping around here pray tell.
It sure aint Love.
If Politics were Ballet, we would all be wearing Tutu’s.
No, I have no idea what that means either. LOL
Oh HISSSSSS.
Eve should have stuffed that fruit down the serpent’s throat. Hard.
Do you have a link for that article. I couldn’t find it.
I sure do not expect that I will change their minds... but, I have no problem pointing out to them that IF Jesus sent Cruz to rule the roost, Cruz would be winning every primary. They have been reduced to exposing their 'primary colors' (name of a book) and it is not a pretty sight...
Well Cruz is getting the acid test from hell, and that might not even be primarily because Trump is a nominal believer. That’s because HE is supposed to be the Christian light and the devil is doing all he can to snuff it.
Cruz may need to get more serious about a “Thy will be done” attitude towards God, if he hopes to progress. He’s a mite cocky and that invites getting humbled.
Yeah this dominionism isn’t panning out all that wonderfully well (if Ted is buying it, which he might, but nobody has actually told us).

Have you seen this?
It drips from so many trumpsters
If one was to take an objective look at everything that has been posted here over the past couple of months... I would guess that the nastiness has been more pronounced from people supporting Cruz. There are very few Trump supporters who say they wouldn't vote for Cruz in the general election.
Now I have :-)
It looks interesting. Another way of looking at lubricating snakes...
here’s the link you failed to post, just in case anyone wants to read the whole thing, rather than just what you extraced:
