That was THE bombshell of the night. Post debate interview Cruz said he'd endorse Rubio (open borders, Scamnesty, establishment boy toy) over Trump.

Obviously a deal what cut (promotion at Goldman Sachs for Cruz's wife likely included) where Rubio and Cruz got together pre-debate to bash Trump. They'll endorse each other if they lose their home states.

It makes sense though to the beltway consevative class that Rubio or Cruz have to drop out in the next fortnight.

Most likely Trump wins Florida and Cruz wins Texas so Rubio as part of the deal drops out.

I sure hope Cruz at least got reciprocity, or he cut the worst deal in the world and shows why he is losing. So I guess he is part of the DC Cartel after all.

So, where is Rubio’s co-endorsement of Cruz against Trump?

I saw where Erick Erickson suggested this tactic. Something like for Rubio to support Cruz where Cruz is strong, and vice versa. And then once they depose Trump, have an all out race to the convention.

Where has Erick Erickson’s mind gone? All these guys are have gone insane trying to solve an enigma! I love it though, this is exactly what needed to happen.
