You're right, of course. Pretty slick, too, in a lawyerly way.

By successfully running Jindal, Rubio and especially so Cruz as Presidential candidates in their Republican primary, "they" make all of their obama related problems go away by using their own voters' consent.

And, whether we realize it or not, we, the people, have now rewritten and amended our own natural born American identity (and Constitution) by rule of the cult of personality in the court of public opinion.

Impressive.

Now, by consent of "The Constitutional Conservatives", an anchor baby exactly the same, just ask anybody, as someone born here to citizen parents.

But wait, it gets better!

According to the GOPe and "The Constitutional Conservatives", as long as a newborn baby's mother has magical American citizenship, that kid can be foreign born to a foreign father and even raised in a foreign land, but is exactly the same, just ask anybody, as someone born here to citizen parents.

How cool is that?!?
