So a story emerges that Ted broke his pledge to Heidi, with 5 women...
And in response, Ted says he is not a pledge-breaker...
But this is a reason to break his pledge.

People in the media have apparently been talking about #The Thing for a few months now, waiting for it to hit. Those people have nothing to do with Trump.
On the contrary, Ted's pac did a number on Melania....and as usual....Ted did his...nothing to do with me bit.

Only if the Cruz mistress story is false. If it’s not, it’s too much baggage to carry into the election. It won’t play well in some close states, like NC and VA.
Cruz tried to hurt Melania to get in front of his own upcoming scandal.
Cruz’s sex scandal allegations have been whispered since at least February. They became publicly discussed and broadcast as early as March 15. Although Ted had a cushy predicted win in Utah, he knew the tabloids were working the scandal story for a quick release.
Someone assisting team~Cruz launched a preemptive strike. They decided that the eve of the Utah primary would be the ripe time for hitting Trump’s wife. They uploaded a racy model GQ photo shoot pic of her from 16 years ago. Then they added their campaign message and sent it to their likely voters.
While it was designed to soften the blow for Ted’s alleged sex scandal stories, he likely did hook thousands of additional Mormon voters. IMO, The initial operation seemed a ‘two-fer’ for team~Cruz. Then he attacks Trump for responding.
Ted knew this was coming. He needs to quit acting like such a sanctimonious pious phoney. TeamCruzer-loser are the ones who scoured the globe for modeling photos of beautiful Melania.
I’m confused. Didn’t one of Cruz’s minions start all this by posting a mostly nude photo of Trump’s wife? Why is Cruz all taking the high moral ground at all?

Ted Scruz is a “principled” conservative and as such is beyond reproach regardless of the facts.
If Scruz is innocent then this story will die as quickly as it popped up!
How about “I have not had extra-marital affairs. The persons making these accusations are lying and I have filed a libel suit against them.”
Accusing others of attacking you without providing anything to support the accusation is not smart.
“These attacks are garbage” is deflection, not denial.

Trump tweeted (for a short moment before retracting) that he might spill the beans on Cruz's wife. I took that to mean he had knowledge on some financial/political scandal. The NE piece has nothing to do with Cruz's wife except that she is the hurt party (whether the story is true or not).
Cruz aligns himself with Glenn Beck who in August 2015 accused Trump’s wife of posing for “lesbian porn”, who routinely accuses Trump of being another Hitler, calls Trump supporters brown-shirts, and accuses anyone who disagrees with him as being “racists”.
This just isn’t someone who has endorsed Cruz, Cruz campaigns with him arm in arm at events all over the country.
You understand why Cruz would blame Trump for it, but don’t see that why Trump would blame Cruz for pro-Cruz PAC mocking his wife?
When NE was working on this story, they would likely have contacted each of the alleged mistresses and the Cruz campaign for comment. Cruz therefore would have known it was coming, and if they contracted Pierson, Trump may have known it was coming. Trump stayed away from it, though. When his wife was attacked, he said he would “spill the beans” on Heidi, not on Ted. Presumably, that had to do with her ties to Goldman Sachs or her breakdown on the freeway, or something like that. Maybe even scandalous behavior, we don’t know what Trump had in mind. But this story is something different, something that the press and some insiders apparently have been aware of for a while.

If this is true - Ted is about to get crushed under enormous weight..
Sorry, but Trump is the only man out there who can withstand the weight.. he’s going against the GOP & DNC and winning..
He should probably break that contract (that’s already been broken) and hook up with Gary Johnson for the win..

Trump needs to do the same then. Let’s see how that goes for the GOP senators and congressmen when all those voters leave the GOP and stop voting for any of their candidates.
Ted has proven he is that lifelong lawyer/politician he appears to be.
