Clinton was the original sender of 104 of the emails which are now categorized as secret. It is her responsibility to treat this information as secret, since obviously an email she originates will not be ‘marked’, ‘classified’, or whatever by anyone else. She’s handling secret info - she’s in charge of handling it properly.

What a waste of time. Obama will pardon her.
Surprising how many folks here trust Loretta Lynch, her DOJ, and its subsidiary the FBI.
Having originated Top Secret documents, I see this as a stupid question. [No one will be surprised that my documents were statistical analyses addressing questions of government interest.]
From the moment I began drafting a document, classification was my responsibility. I classified the document, the titles, the pages, and even the paragraphs based on what I expected to type before I began typing. If I changed my mind on what to put in, I changed the markings and sometimes even the computer system in use before putting it in. I was very cautious and by the book, as are the vast majority of people who generate sensitive material.
If I had misclassified even one document and then handled the resulting classified material as unclassified, I would have been in trouble and permanently lost my clearance and the contract. If "errors" had occurred more than once or maybe twice, I would have been in prison. I knew people who made errors only once, mishandling Crypto, and ended up behind bars for their careless behavior.
No big surprise considering State is fully compromised and incapable of doing much of anything. State’s input will just be a Red Herring.
Just a matter of time: “After an exhaustive investigation conducted by our best FBI personnel who during the course of many months read thousands of emails, and interviewed hundreds of people, it has been found that even though some mistakes were made, there isn’t any evidence of criminal intent or illegal activity on the part of President Hiillary Clinton. Therefore, we are closing this iinvestigation. We will not be taking questions.”
Sounds like the FBI already has what they need and they don’t want the corrupt DOJ to screw it up.

The likely truth of what she has been doing, the selling of state secrets to our enemies and using an unsecured server as a private EBay for our worst foes, then laundering the money via donations to the Clinton foundation should be her legacy in history. This is how she would be known to the grandchildren of today’s generation. As having committed a worse treason than the Rosenbergs, who were sent to their death at the electric chair for their crimes.
What a costly four years was Hillary’s tenure as the imbecile who ran the State Department like a barroom drunk!
Now we’ve got the scary looking Kerry flouncing around the globe making America look foolish. He gets a lot of help in that department with the foppish, fruitcake who inhabits the oval office crapper.
