(Vanity) GOP - Read this

Posted on 04/03/2016 7:26:04 PM PDT by irishMN

This is my message to the GOP. Ignore trump voters at your peril. Keep saying that nominations are done by delegates not constituents. Keep saying that rules have not been yet made for this convention as even when made they won't matter to my ilk.

Earlier Limbaugh had a guest that asked why Trump or any other candidate wouldn't just support the nominee. Rush in his wisdom stated he wouldn't worry too much about the nominees, but rather Trump's legion of voters.

Aye, if Trump gets a majority and doesn't get the nomination I'll be writing him in.

Trump will not be the nominee. It simply won’t happen. Any and all means to deny him 1247 will be applied and the goal will be accomplished.

The GOPe are pros at self-sabotage ...Trump has mastered the art of the deal , but how can you make any kind of a deal with a group that is hell-bent on self sabotage and throwing it to the DIMs ...they have nothing to lose , because it’s apparent They Want to Lose ...

That’s why Soros and the GOPe are paying Kasich to stay in the race.

The GOP, as it is today, is nothing more than an extension of the Democratic Party. I won’t be voting for their selected puppet if it’s a brokered convention nor will I vote for any Republican for lower offices. Right now I don’t care two cents if the Republican Party goes down in a smoldering heap in November.

The GOP will support Hillary over Trump after they do everything they can to buy or threaten Trump. They have too much to lose. We're talking about trillions of dollars and entrenched codependent promises, networks of corrupt but established deals. Many people will see their (and their family's) entire (corrupt) futures destroyed by a Trump presidency.

That doesn't take into account non-US interests that rely on the ongoing corruption in the US. They will stop at nothing.

There is a very good chance that this is the last national election for the GOP. They’ve been ignoring their base for many years. In 2016 it’s become insultingly obvious that the GOP does not share the values of the base.

A lot of voters will shop for a third party if the GOP takes a highhanded approach.

Yeah and we’re NOT leaving the party, but will be demanding all LOSERS to exit from the GOP if this election is lost.

I’ll let the primaries play out, but if they ignore the will of the voters and nominate someone besides Trump or Cruz on a Saturday night, I’m dropping my Republican registration the following Monday morning.

Its going to be some sort of down and dirty process, but I’m not going to be suckered this time. It would hurt me and millions of others to see Trump cheated out of the process and see Ted Cruz imposed with a RINO running mate or something worse than that.

THIS IS THE YEAR I DON’T VOTE FOR THE GOP PRESIDENTIAL

CANDIDATE AND I’M NOT GOING TO BE SCARED INTO VOTING

REPUBLICAN WITH ALL THE NASTY PROPAGANDA ABOUT HOW

MUCH ‘WORSE’ THE DEMOCRATS ARE.

I’m a bit more ‘open minded’ than Trump supporters willing to accept Trump or Cruz without a RINO (95 percent of all current elected Republicans are) running mate.

But otherwise count me out.

The ‘crony capitalists’ of the business and banking elites who control both major parties moving the nation in the same direction.

It needs to stop period.......

Very possible which is why the popular vote should reflect a large % of unsatisfied voters as write in. If every republican just votes party line the same garbage "here's your nominee" will continue.

If Trump gets a majority and doesn't get the nomination, I'll go fishing instead of voting on election day. Because voting won't matter in a uniparty banana republic.

If Trump has supposedly “mastered the art of the deal,” then why does Cruz seem to be running rings around him when it comes to lining up individual state delegates? Seems to me that Cruz is the one who’s doing the mastering.

And if Trump doesn’t have 1237 delegates going into the convention’s first round of balloting, I’d betfff that Cruz will be the one that has done the best job of wheeling and dealing to get Trump’s delegates on the second round and later rounds of voting.

Trump talks a good game, but he’s all bluster...and lawyers...things most conservatives used to be bothered by, but not anymore, it seems.
