It’s a pretty simple calculus. 3 points is close to the margin of error, it’s almost a coinflip. 10 points is a landslide loss.

Fox News has the three Charles pundits as regular Cruz-bashers on the Baier Special Edition each evening...there is the sage Dr. “Charles” Krauthammer, former speech writer for Walter Mondale and formerly a pundit on PBS; “Charlie” Hurt columnist with the Washington Times, and contributor to Breitbart & Drudge; and this liberal knucklehead, “Chuck” Lane, columnist from the WaPo.
It’s interesting to watch these guys operate to diminish Cruz at every turn. Cruz wins decisively in WI and this clown’s retort is that Cruz won’t be able to beat Bernie Sanders...that he would be a less embarrassing “loser” than Trump...many talking heads like “Chuck” said the same about Ronaldus Maximus back in 1980...he could never beat Carter! We shall see!
And what of Mrs. Clinton’s clear corruption? They don’t think THAT will move poll numbers toward the GOP candidate whichever he may be?
