I am surprised that it is legal for two candidates to work together in a blatant attempt to deny another candidate a majority of delegates before the convention.

“We never tell voters who to vote for,” read the suggested Cruz talking point.

Heh.

This 'Cruz-Kasich marriage' deal calls for a TERM that out-does and is far and above beyond what is known as... "Jumped the Shark"

This is now the defining moment in the Cruz and Katich campaign

I do not like the prospect of Trump being the nominee at all. But it’s time to put this nonsense behind and rally around the flawed guy that is going to be the nominee. I would rather roll the dice and gamble with Trump than get what I know we will get with Hillary or Bernie.

If Cruz is sucessful at what he is trying to do (stop Trump from getting to 1237 and then taking the nomination on the second ballot) he will lose November. Mainly because M]most Trump supporters would not come out and vote.

As I said, I don’t like Trump at all and I don’t trust him. But he’s they guy a plurality of GOP voters have chosen. For the sake of stopping Hillary, Cruz (and even Kasich) need to suspend their campaigns and unite behind Trump. If they don’t, what ever slim chance we have of keeping Hillary out of the White House will vanish.

If Trump was a candidate “in the club” Kasich and Cruz would be out and the race would be over.

This party may go from “stupid party” to “stupid decimated party”.

Yeah, this is it.

Okay. We're officially living in a game show world.

But then, we elected a game show host for President in 2008 didn't we?

I hope it collapses sooner rather than later and that voters will show they have more sense than to let these two jerks keep them from voting for Trump.

It really too bad. I think a lot of people like Cruz, but just Trump better. But Cruz’s squabbling might just be the beginning of the end of his political prowess.

If Cruz is holding hands with Kasich...and talking Fiorino as VP...yeah, I can see why there might be problems with the bromance.

Sort of reminds me of LOTR where Gandalf and Saruman are fighting. Saruman tries to convince Gandalf that they can share the power of the ring but Gandalf points out that only one hand can wield it and that hand is Sauron’s.

I don’t know why they announced such a scheme. They admitted publicly that they were sore losers, and sour-grapers. It makes them look pathetic, and will probably hurt them more than help them.
