Trump Wipes Out Cruz/Kasich Politically With Massive Victories (Vanity)

Posted on 04/27/2016 4:53:10 AM PDT by JLAGRAYFOX

The massive five state victories brought forth by Donald J. Trump last evening in Northeast states is astounding, one for the record books & history & two for the sustained strength of the Trump campaign.. Of course, Mr. Trump had much aid, assistance & direction from his two "unbalanced" opponents, Ted Cruz & John Kasich. Cruz had already sunk himself with his now infamous "New York Values" rants....which has killed him politically. a self-inflicted wound, and John Kasich, the "1 victory vs. 41 state losses", is going nowhere, fast...and the GOP POTUS Primary voters know it.

And.....if I were Mr. Cruz, i would get prepared for another upcoming massive primary loss in Indiana. next Tuesday, & beyond. The rally he (Cruz) held last evening in Indiana was sparsely attended to say the least. The votes Cruz received in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Rhode Island were "Skimpy", to say the least, between 10-15%, horrible. Fact is: Ted Cruz is falling and failing across the board, as pointed out by objective & honest observers. As for Kasich, the poor gent is living inside a bubble with no definable purpose whatsoever.

It amazes me, how anyone, sound of mind & body, could continue supporting and cast useless, powerless votes for either of these two incompetent and corrupt politicians. But.....I will die protecting their right to toss their vote away into oblivion. Go figure!!! And.....Support & vote for the next POTUS, Donald J. Trump!!! Note" The Trump rally this evening with Coach Bobby Knight endorseing Donald J. Trump will be a barn burner & one for all the ages yet to come!!! Go Indiana, Knight & Trump!!! Bottom line: Ted Cruz & John Kasich should immediately withdraw from the GOP POTUS race, while they still have some street smarts, common sense & dignity left

As I have correctly stated, so many times....a vote cast for either, Ted Cruz or John Kasich is a wasted and thrown away vote. Time for American folks to get real....and get to work defeating Hillary Clinton. GO.......DJT!!!

Then, why are Cruz and Kasich still in the race? NOW, it appears there is a conspiracy of sorts to thwart the will of the people. Time for pitchforks and torches, so to speak.

Cruz shot himself in the foot when he teamed up with Kasick.

I disagree. This the Primary, the only chance voters have to express who they prefer to be the next President. Even if it is a lost cause, their voice should be heard.

Trump surged to 9.9 million votes, according to totals that include Tuesday’s preliminary results across the northeast and could rise further as the final votes are counted. That’s already more than 100,000 more than Romney earned in the entire 2012 primary season and tens of thousands more than John McCain earned in 2008.

More total votes than either Juan OR Mittens... and yet, the GOPe (and their increasingly ineffectual online shills) insist that this -- someway, somehow -- signals that Trump is, inexplicably, LESS electable than either of them.

;)

Don't get too cocky.

Remember the German counteroffensive launched when the Russians started shelling Berlin, that changed the course of the war!

The most amazing thing I saw in the Trump win was in my own state of Pennsylvania where 30 of the 54 district delegates (all running under the mirage of ‘uncommitted’ in a rigged system) were won by Trump candidates.

It was a major blow to a delegate system designed to keep people who don’t support the Establishment from winning delegate seats. This system held Reagan to 10 percent of delegates from this state back in 1976 and 1980.

I suspect that the bandwagon effect will kick in now, or maybe it even kicked in last night. It would not be surprising to see Trump take all the remaining primaries by over 50 percent.

There are 10 primaries with 505 delegates yet to come.

CNN has Trump’s delegate count at 988 (counting 34 pro-Trump unbound delegates in Pennsylvania), which leaves only 249 delegates to get to the magic 1237. If Trump wins all the remaining primaries, he’ll easily get the bulk of the remaining 505 delegates. There are also another 100 or so unbound delegates who will be at the convention, I suspect Trump will also try to get a big chunk of those. If all this happens, he might have close to 1500 votes on the first ballot.

Cruz lost my support even for senator. He is a traitor.

How many of those states had early voting for the primary? If so, Cruz probably had some votes in the bank before The Collusion, and next to zero support Primary Day.

I hate early voting. Sometimes, the most revealing things don't happen until votes have already been cast.

I am not cocky at all. I am a strategic thinker....and after many “Fiddler-On-The-Roof” left/right shoulder discussions...my common sense, street smarts, and, attention to fact & detail, tells me Ted Cruz and John Kasich are both serious flawed & unstable POTUS candidates that are going nowhere, politcially. Why don’t we just peaceably agree to view the scenerio after the Indiana POTUS Primary next Tuesday evening?

You should have seen Karl Rove and his white board on Fox News this morning. A more delusional hack has never lived.

If someone on Fox want’s instant fame and popularity, the next time Rove is the set with that stupid white board simply grab it from him, break it over your knee, and toss it off the set.

People everywhere will stand up and cheer.

Too bad enough people don't realize that Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, if they ever manage to come to a meeting of the minds, together and united, could DECIMATE the GOPe.

No doubt the donor-establishment class is in prep mode for a Trump presidency. They are laying groundwork now to sabotage the people's will. Deceit, subterfuge - it's all on the menu. The donor-establishment class is identical to - and shares the same interests as - the American left.

The donor-establishment class and the democrats/leftists will engage a Trump presidency in continuous unrelenting battle. A Trump victory in November will be merely the beginning.

Respectfully, I'd ask you then how you feel about Colorado and "the voters" there and in what venue they were offered a chance to express their preferences?

Yes, it's true if they took the time to see where local/precinct delegate meetings were and then followed that on up the line to state level over the course of who knows how long, their 'preferences' would have been given some consideration - maybe. Yet they weren't even offered the pretext of a general voter preference beauty contest that they party dogs could then discount.

Kasich is still in the race because he is crazy. Plus it’s a lot easier to campaign then actually being governor. Cruz is still in the race because he has 2020 on his mind. Surely Cruz and the GOPe know at this point that a contested convention and propping up an alternate candidate will be suicide. I would think the Cruz money must be drying up at this point. But yes, it may be time for pitchforks and torches.

speaking from a state that has not yet voted - and is rarely given a voice, bull! this is the time that all voices can be heard and registered by the party. i intend to register my preference. silencing the voice of the people - isn’t that a major argument of the Trump against the establishment. so, try to be consistent. if he had been more conciliatory a few weeks ago, and started taking the high road, i might feel differently. you reap what you sow - and the facts are that most of the detritus that he will have to clean up in the general is verbiage that came from his own aperture. deal ...
