Restless night I had due to what I think is sciatica. Ouch.
Thanks for breakfast Lysie, save me from making a mess in the kitchen. Comforting thoughts for your sciatica.
Thanks for the new thread nik.... LOVE Charleston and LOVE WV... almost heaven. Good people, beautiful countryside.
good morning Miss lysie! “interesting” skillet you got there girl.. Nik must be busy or under the weather.. no disparaging comment re: it. LOL
I had a rough couple weeks with lower back, sciatic and neck /headache issues. Could not get to chiropractor for 2 weeks due to my work schedule of filling in for others. Finally went yesterday and RELIEF was great. Slept so well last night for first time in MANY days.
I am so sorry you are suffering. Your fellow sciatic sojourners do commiserate
working my sampling job today and tomorrow prior to the LONG weekend. Will be back tonight for the rally ... made up some wraps for next few days... lg corn tortillas; refried beans; monterey Pepper jack cheese; tomatoes, Texas pete, onion, avocado. Warm in MW til cheese is melted and all warm. SOOOOOO very good.
Sorry to hear about you being in pain. Take care dear friend.
Looks delish, as usual, lysie. Thanks.
Sorry to hear you’ve had a restless night. As others have mentioned....give the tumeric/curcumin a try.
Sciatica is bad! Hope you can get someone to iron out that kink. Feel better.
Do yoga exercise. It did wonder in my case. I had sever problem last year. I couldn’t sit or move or sleep. Tried massage, homeopathy, Chinese/Korean massage, physiotherapy. I refused pain medication regime.
My chiropractor told me to lay on a tennis ball (be sure to breathe thru the pain) and when it releases the pain is gone. Make sure the tennis ball is in the middle of the knot. It works!
