I want to believe but I’m still concerned that he’s going to abandon all these policies when he gets into office.
You’re concerned that a politician will say things to get elected, then fail to fulfill his promises? That’s just crazy talk. It could never happen.

Donald says what he means and does what he says. Here is some evidence. Enjoy, and don’t worry. He will be true to his word. I am virtually certain of it.
Please spare us the concern troll routine.
When has a former head of state asked to negotiate with a *candidate* for President? It's over. Trump by a landslide.
Well what do you want us to do?
Trump has something that none of the other candidates have, including Cruz. Thats an enviable track record going back decades.
One of the keys to Trumps tremendous success has been a very simple rule; Keep the promises made during the sale.
That simple rule is so important to Trump that he repeated it during his Foreign Policy speech, and again during his first 100 days interview with the New York Times.
****I want to believe but Im still concerned that hes going to abandon all these policies when he gets into office.****
I hear ya Incorrigible. After having decades of Republican leaders about face on what they campaigned on I am skeptical too.
To finally hear a candidate stand for national unity in the face of globalism is a very shiny brass ring. If it turns out to be a mirage the rest is up to us.
It’s already been said, but just to underscore the point, Trump is fundamentally about two things: making good deals, and making/keeping the Trump-brand sterling. It’s not a good deal, according to Trump, if promises made aren’t kept, and if both sides are not happy. Above all, the Trump brand would take a fatal hit if Trump campaigned on certain basic issues/promises and then, once elected, failed to follow through.
No worries; barring the kind of upheavals only God can foresee, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
There is no such thing as a guarantee with anyone.
Even Washington irked people.
You mean like all those faux conservatives in the GOP-controlled Congress? What do we have to lose? Trump is better than any of the others when it comes to immigration and trade. He was endorsed by Jeff Sessions and has a member of Sessions's staff, Steve Miller who was his lead guy on immigration and trade, on his campaign staff. At least Trump is not bought and paid for by the corporate elites and special interests.
We know what Hillary will do.

Every politician has this problem. Cruz too, despite all the ‘true conservative’ rhetoric on the forum.
If it helps at all, think of this as a no-downside gamble.
If Trump does what he says, even just 5% of it, even just a fig leaf, then we are worlds better than Hillary.
With an elected official, there’s always uncertainty. But with Cruz’s hemming and hawing about legalizing them and Hillary’s downright certainty of doing a double-cross, we’re going with our best option.
Worthless and Weak,
>>I want to believe but Im still concerned that hes going to abandon all these policies when he gets into office.
Concerned because that’s never happened before? If he abandons 90% of his promises and gets immigration under control, that still makes him better than the last 4 presidents.
The future has always belonged to optimists. Pessimists and naysayers are doomed to failure. That is easy to understand, but why do they seem to enjoy their attempts to pull others down to their level of continued failure and unhappiness?
I was hoping for Cruz, but Trump will get my vote. No, I don’t trust him, but he has a lot of good point. #1: He’s not Hitlery.
If he can follow through on half of what he’s said, he will be an excellent choice.
I also like the fact that he’s a bit of a “loose cannon” as Hitlery says. That has a great upside! Foreign leaders will think twice before setting him off.
As per your tagline, you are not leading! You are whining like a little snowflake!
tRump will be moving left like a “carriage return “.
Get ready to be had.
