Haven’t there been many cases where people were refused service based on political views and the courts have deemed it OK because political views are not protected against discrimination ?

Why don’t Pastors, Florists, Bakers, etc. simply require all customers to fill out a questionaire on political issues and then deny them service based on political views ?

Because selective enforcement against those who push the LGBT agenda would be used as the basis for a lawsuit, and refusing service on similar politically aligned heterosexual people who might otherwise be educated is contrary to the mission of the church.
