Two weeks ago 42 Republicans voted to endorse President Barack Obama’s transgender agenda. They did it by voting for the Maloney amendment, which affirmed Obama’s 2014 executive order barring “discrimination” on the basis of “sexual orientation and gender identity” in the private employment policies of federal contractors.
Over the weekend, Rep. Justin Amash, R-Mich., posted a characteristically thoughtful Facebook post defending his vote for the Maloney amendment.
The overarching policy concern is whether the government should elevate “sexual orientation and gender identity” for special legal privileges, especially in terms of laws barring “discrimination.”

This is where conservatives continually lose ground to liberals in discussions of everything from policy to social mores.
We ACCEPT their fundamental premise, no matter how flawed, and then argue the fine points of it, bashing our heads against the ramparts of the huge edifice they build on their fallacious foundations.
Instead of rejecting the flawed, fundamental premise outright that males should not be sharing bathrooms with females, we instead argue about how that should be done.
We will lose, lose, lose, every single time.

Sexual orientation is a choice not a right
gender identity is a biological fact not determined by choice and is a right only in as much as it remains a biological fact and not a choice.
Amash is a Liberaltarian moron!
Obama can’t have it both ways.
If people can identify with any gender they please, then they can also identify with any race they please.
If liberal Massachusetts abolish biological sex, then they must also abolish the differences in race. (That would be bad for the race pimps.) No more labeling people whites, blacks, hispanic, etc on government forms. There is only one race, the human race.

If liberals keep racial differences but insist on eliminating gender then they are hypocrites. Black Lives Matter must change themselves into All Lives Matter, including fetuses.

It’s weird how many conservatives swear this lunatic traitor is some kind of principled conservative hero.
All he does is scream “TEA PARTY!!!” and “CONSTITUTION!!!” at the top of his lungs to explain away his leftist voting record (the founding fathers put some clauses in there that somehow FORCE Amash to vote with Nancy Pelosi for “constitutional” reasons) and a bunch of misguided radio hosts tout Amash as a Reaganesque figure.
