you can take your kids out of the schools... but you still have to pay federal, state, and property taxes. all of which fund the public school system.
public schools won’t get less money, they’ll just have less kids to teach. win-win as far as the big govt types think.
at some point, the big govt fascists will push a bill excluding home schooled kids from certain jobs (ie: govt jobs)... regardless of test scores.
They are truly dedicated to creating a command-control totalitarian state. They see future schools as the center of the community where school elitists decide what careers kids will have, who they marry, etc etc. Money is an important but subsidiary motivation.
It’s just the old naked lust for personal power. Most educrats couldn’t even successfully cook french fries for a living. They just want more govt power because without it they are paupers.
No they do get less money when less asses are in the seats. Thats why they cant stand charter schools. That money goes away from them.

In the early 50’s I was in 8th or 9th grade in the Goshen NY area and went to St Johns HS (1-12) in Goshen.
The Goshen HS was at the top of the hill, St Johns was in the middle and Goshen ES was on the bottom, about 10 blocks from top to bottom.
We rode the County school bus to school (I was about 8 miles from Goshen) and at a County meeting someone ‘complained’ about those Catholic School kids riding the Public School buses and they decided to ‘take action’ and enforce the State/County ‘rules’ about the buses..
The following Sunday at Mass the Priest ‘suggested’ the rumor start that since most of the families couldn’t afford transportation to school that St Johns would have to close its doors and the Public School would have to absorb the students. Also kids from as far as Port Jervis and Middletown rode the train so the local schools would also gain new students.
People started ‘doing the math’ and decided it was a lot cheaper letting the Catholic Kids ride the bus than it would be to absorb them.
Put your kids in private school or homeschool, and vote to defund the public school system.

Yet we are told (or it is imposed) that sexual differences are just in different, irrelevant sexual organs, or even the product of a harmful fantasy/lie imposed/assigned at birth.
Trangenderism encourages those who believe they are transgender to ignore the physical realities of their bodies, while taking hormones which just can’t, physically, be good for their health. And now they are starting to give these hormones to children, for them to take for life.
Do you ever hear the possible physical health effects discussed by the Democratic media or Democratic advocates of transgenderism? Never.
As a result of the race to remove all moral barriers from your children, many will recommend removing your children from the public schools, and they are wise in this assessment.
The truth is, we are where we are nationally in part because of the degradation of morality and socialist indoctrination which has been nearly universal for a generation.
However, think twice before placing children into some of the so called hybrid charter schools.
Having traveled and visited a number of them, they have teachers and study materials which are sometimes more “progressive”, pro environmental, more anti-Christian, and more into mandating and being pro homosexual than many of the regular state schools.
I guess they don’t teach the Constitution in schools there.
They found 12 pro-trans witnesses? Witnesses to what? They only found 12? So all children are subject to the delusions of 12 people? The parents and children need to play this game. All the boys need to go use the girls bathrooms. All the girls need to use the boys bathrooms. All the students she force themselves in to the staff bathrooms. The students should DAILY change their genders and have the parents scream and yell for not respecting their child’s gender fluidity. Play this game. Shove it back in their faces. Make it so ridiculous the NOTHING gets accomplished at the school, keep the kids home, and hurt their pocket books. Have all the fathers register for classes as transage transgendered girls. The school is relying on silence knowing that the students and parents don’t want their grades to be hurt. Don’t play on their terms.
Rich, Democrat liberals flooded into Arlington and Fairfax counties starting with the Carter “Yuppie invasion” (His administration hired leftists and stupids by the hundreds, if not thousands, paid them well. They is why they condoed us out of our apartments and made local housing too expensive for many of the real working class.
Then came a series of lame Republican congressmen/Senators, plus a lack of good quality local Republican candidates for city/county councils, etc.
The Left really began to destroy Arlington and Fairfax in the 90’s and when Gerald Connelly (D-FFX) was on the County Council before being elected to Congress a couple years ago, he introduced a brutal form of fascism never seen before in northern Arlington. He would have made a great SS officer or aide to Dr. Mengele.
Stupid Democrat governors including now Senator Tim Kaine, plus weak senators Mark Warner and sometimes Webb), plus a crook of a governor now, Terry McAuliffe (he gives Organized Crime a good name), have weakened the whole political system in Virgina. New rich white Democrat liberals have swarmed into the area like a biblical plague of locusts, overwhelming the political system with their tax and spend policies aimed at helping illegal aliens, all the while driving out the working white and black middle class.
The result is that almost no conservative has a chance to break this neo-Marxist grip on northern Virginia where the stupids and greedies live (but not in the poorer, immigrant, crime-riddles neighbors).
While many of us had to work for a living, the left funded their own troops which allowed them to take over with better funding, campaigning, and lies to the undereducated.
Only in the schools are we beginning to fight back with results but we are up against a well-established leftist mentality that borders on fascism.
We shall smuggle books, meet in catacombs, create a new sign of the fish...

We have gone from “I may disagree with what you say but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.” To “I may disagree with what you say and I’ll punish you in every way possible if you say it”

The Fairfax school system is also where Madelyn O’Hare first got God kicked out of school.
