Judge allows Ohio to remove inactive voters from rolls

U.S. District Judge George Smith struck down a lawsuit filed by the ACLU of Ohio challenging the secretary of state’s authority to strip inactive voters from the registry.

One thing we all can do is find out what iterates to get names removed from the list

i dont know how they are able to dig themselves out of the ground in time to vote. doesnt take about 8 hours to work your way out of 6 feet of dirt?

Sure is. It's going to cost another 100 grand to get the case up to the appeals court that will reverse the district court.

Two points, first, that is still less than a day, and all that's needed is to "start early." second, that time is reduced dramatically with practice and experience.
