Ashley “Nikki” Read was just 8, beaten, raped, strangled with her own shoelaces until nearly dead, body wrapped in a tied up blanket, and thrown off a dock into a river where she eventually drowned, her killer still sits on TN Death Row 20+ yrs and the COWARD RINO GUV won’t sign the death warrant despite all state and fed appeals being finished.
