St Joseph MIThe two baliffs that were reported shot are deceased as well as the shoooter. They are among four people who were shot, according to local CBS affiliate WWMT. The fourth shooting victim is a deputy sheriff who is in stable condition at Lakeland Regional Hospital, according to Berrien County Sheriff Paul Bailey. Both of the baliffs were retired police officer

This image was posted on Facebook by a user called Prince Mamuhammad, whose profile includes posts talking of 'war with the white male'. This is still up on Facebook, the cop killer social mediot network.

The image has been reported to Facebook but the social media website refused to take it down, saying it does not violate the company's 'community standards'.

Facebook has ruled that this picture does not 'promote graphic violence'.
