It says the sexual harassment occurred ten years ago? So, he puts her into a plush assignment, and she turns on her.
I thought before you can claim sexual harassment you have to be brought aware of the offending behavior, then NOT stop it.
And we hear, she's demanding to be paid more than BOR?
Anyone doubt where this lady will be in the next few years...not on prime TV, I'll be.

Seems like every day after day, she is beginning to look like Rachel Mad-Cow. Is she doing this deliberately?

This also may be pure 100% B.S.
Megan's age is starting to show. How many face lifts can one get?
Joan Rivers died on the operating table having yet ANOTHER face lift. She was 80 years old.

Sexual harassment is a charge easily made and hard to defeat. A trial will get poor Ailes before a jury and thus his money and reputation are decided by people who see Kelly every night and who have never seen Ailes. Who is going to win?
To: nikos1121
Sounds like Ailes will be on the way out anyway. Severance package, money spread around and non disclosure agreements.

No, although such a situation might be favorable for the plaintiff in a legal contest.
One of two criteria must be met to qualify as sexual harassment:
- quid pro quo
- hostile environment
Since now at least two women have come forward with these claims, they are probably claiming that both criteria were satisfied.

Hostile takeover of Fox News, IMO. They will veer to the left now.

Nikos, I need to put my glasses on before I read. I thought the headline said Meagan McCain said Ailes harassed her. I was thinking “oh no not bloated Barbie”.
Anyways, Did Ms Kelly also mention that those sexual advances helped launch her career? And she owes not only Ailes but Britt Hume a big thank you.

“According to two sources briefed on parent company 21st Century Fox's outside probe of the Fox News executive, led by New Yorkbased law firm Paul, Weiss, Kelly has told investigators that Ailes made unwanted sexual advances toward her about ten years ago when she was a young correspondent at Fox. Kelly, according to the sources, has described her harassment by Ailes in detail.”
You never know what these stories actually mean. It sounds like he may have said something to her 10 years ago. Or maybe they did have sex and that helped her career.
It also sounds like there is a power struggle going on at FOX. Ailes allowed conservatives on TV in the early days back when TV news and commentary were 100% liberal.
Now Ailes is old and in poor health. Notice how the women actually raped by Clinton and others are ignored. The women supposedly “harassed” by Ailes are given credibility.
To: nikos1121
She kept her mouth shut until investigators asked her.
Sounds like she dealt with it privately.
Media people are gross; Ailes is no exception.
