I really don’t think that a recent immigrant has any place to criticize a natural-born citizen on what is and what isn’t a ‘sacrifice’ or who is and who isn’t more American. There is no automatic right to respect for “Gold Star families”. My Dad died in Vietnam. Does that mean Hillary needs to kiss my butt? My two oldest kids served, as did I. My SIL is on 90% disability after two tours in Iraq, and the husbands of both my nieces served. So - does being SHOT AT entitle ME to more “respect” than Mr Khan? Or less?
