Good evening, radu...hope your day went well.

My repairs did not work. *sigh* Don’t know that replacing all the mechanisms will do anything for the leak out of the rusted bolt. It wouldn’t surprise me if one tried to tighten or loosen the bolt, that it didn’t break off.

A new float and flapper might fix the other issues. I’ll have to call my handyman to come see it, get parts if he thinks he can fix it, and then get it fixed. I’m tired of going downstairs. LOL!

Son and I been hanging until recently, we ate at Subway and then have been sucking on popsicles and playing video games.

Well, bummer. It would have been nice if the stuff had worked. But your handyman should be able to get what’s needed to fix ‘er up so you won’t have to go downstairs. Hope so, any way. That’ll be cheaper than buying a new one.

Day went well enough. Got 2 inches of rain and now the cold front has moved through. Less humidity and cooler temps for a couple of days. AAAAAAHHH!

Glad you’ve had a good weekend! Sounds like you and your son had a grand time. Oooo, yum! Popsicles. Haven’t had one in years and that sounds so good right now. Banana was always my fave.

Did you stop by DQ for a Blizzard yesterday?

Yes, we get a cool down for a couple of days but it’ll heat back up by mid-week. Bummer. Cool enough now for open windows, which makes the kittehs happy. They love sitting in the window sills and sniffing the outside smells. Just gotta hope one of the skunks that hang around don’t let fly with “stank” tonight. UGH!

It was a very good day. I have to work tomorrow so won’t get to stay up as late as I would like to. :)
