People are voting for a person of sound mind. If Hillary is admitting she couldn’t remember...especially because of the concussion...she’s admitting her mind is damaged.

I add this knowing it could help Criminals. But it is intended to help the innocent and it comes from personal experience.
When speaking with investigators if you are innocent request your conversation to be taped completely. I was in Law Enforcement for over 30 years and upon retiring I was involved in an Internal Investigation and agreed to speak with Investigators. They were Two retired FBI Agents and upon my life and the life of all I love I told the Truth. When they were questioning me they had a recorder present and I assumed they were taping what I said. When it was all over I was accused of knowing something and doing nothing about it. I swear on all that is holy to me it was a false accusation and an outright lie. I asked my attorney who came aboard after the questioning to get a copy of the tape. The Two Investigators said they were going by their notes and no tape was made. The tape recorder was present I just do not recall everything about it but I have no doubts,after Thirty years with an unblemished record I was screwed. I begged to take a Polygraph and even agreed to take a truth serum and was not allowed. I tried to take this to court as a Civil Matter and the Supreme Court in my State said I could not because I was a Public Figure. It hurts to an extent to tell this but I do not trust the System I worked for and when I see things that politicians and Hillary does it irritates me. It also hurts to see so many folks being found innocent after serving so much time in jail or prison. In the long run they say well a jury convicted them. Let me tell you I did not have a jury because the System is run by Lawyers and politicians and it is the lawyer that controls the outcome no one else. Even if you have a jury that is honest without the facts they base it on what they hear and the Judge who is a lawyer decides what can and cannot be said or told. I am 77 years of age and I am ashamed of my country and the System. I have always been told we have the best system in the world but I have heard that over and over and they have not improved it and the sad part is that Court does not seek the truth or Justice it is more about lawyers and acting!

The entire Clinton era from 1992 to today has seen an amazing change in the way politics are viewed in this country.

We went from a President being run from his office in 74, to be treated to the extreme parsing words that we started to learn in ‘91 when Bill “caused pain in his marriage.”

Now we hear “I don’t recall” and “there is no evidence of...”

Trumps every utterance is held like gospel when it is clear he is exaggerating or being sarcastic.

The second amendment folks would do humanity a favor by “voting” out all of them.

A person can’t be proven later on by investigators to have lied if they insert a convenient lapse of memory at the appropriate time during an interview.

But Hillary’s no dummy, she’s a trained lawyer so she simply resorts to ‘strategically invoked lapses of memory’ when confronted with particularly troublesome facts.

The term for such wilful and deceptive feigned ignorance is Plausible Deniability.

If Hillary learned nothing else from law school and one suspects later from trying to fry Nixon, plausible deniability is as good as taking the fifth, but plays much better with passively informed voters.

The “I don’t remember defense” is something that Hillary perfected during the 90s when she was under oath on various scandals that have been lumped together as “Whitewater”. She used this phrase or a variation over 250 times during that testimony.

Other prominent Democrats use it too. Former Attorney General Eric Holder blunted the investigation on the Obama administration “Fast and Furious” gunrunning to Mexican drug cartels by using the “IDR defense” in testimony before Congress.

As a defense to any questioning, it is impervious to any serious investigation quedtioning, since we don’t use any mechanical devices to see if someone is lying and have to give the “testilying” person the benefit of the doubt.
It is a lawyer’s invention to allow a culprit to escape “taking the 5th” which has become rooted in the public’s mind as a way for criminals to protect themselves from self-incrimination while under oath about their crimes.

I doubt Hillary ever thought that the interview notes would be released. But everyone should remember that she has gone to this defense of complete brain paralysis many times before.
