He spoke to the crowd of more than 500 people about the importance of turning out at Pennsylvania's polling places on Election Day. The former president repeatedly targeted contrasts between Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton in the race for the White House.

"We got one candidate preaching anger and another one offering answers," Bill Clinton said. "One candidate rubbing salt in the open wounds of resentment, and the other one taking responsibility to sew up wounds, stand us up and walk into the future," he said as the crowd cheered. "Don't substitute anger for answers. Don't substitute resentment for responsibility."
