It’s the only way Hillary has a chance and it still might not be enough. It’s way past time to remove some judges....

Mustn’t disenfranchise non-citizens.

When, hopefully, Trump wins one of his first acts should be to post a homeland security guard at every polling place. “your papers” should be what is asked. When the SC says you cannot do that, he just needs to say: How many enforces do you have?

End of discussion.

This is so beyond the pale to be insane criminally. I think next time I get to the airport and some guard asks where is my boarding pass, just say, I don’t need ID to vote, I don’t need one to fly.

Make them swear they are citizens, and, that, it is a felony to lie. Have them arrested and make them prove they are citizens, if not, prison and deportation. Anyone abetting the crime is committing a felony.

A U.S. Court of Appeals on Friday blocked an effort by Alabama, Georgia and Kansas for voters to furnish proof of citizenship when registering at the polls, which opponents say disenfranchises voters, especially minorities.

A F*** I do not give. Any judge that suggest foreign citizens should vote in American elections needs to be retired with a rope around his neck.

League of Women Voters is this the same group that gave you Prohibition and all the great times and deaths ?

Hard to believe that the "holier than thou" puritan anti-slavery movement evolved into an anti-liquor movement.

Now who would have seen that coming?

U.S. Court of Appeals: helping the RATS with voter fraud. Disenfranchising minorities? BS!

Disregard this ruling, period.

Agreed. Tell that Judge to go F*** himself and if he thinks he's bad @$$ enough, tell him to send in the Federal Marshals to enforce his ruling.

States attorneys can tell the court the ruling is in valid while the case is on appeal to the SCOTUS

These activist judges should be reprimanding the states for ignoring the constitutionally enumerated procedure for electing a president as evidenced by Clause 2 of Section 1 of Article II and the 12th Amendment.

They have never explained how this disinfranchises minorities. Minorities have id’s.

They have implied that 'minorities' are too lazy or stupid to get a valid ID.

Ergo, 'minorities' are too stupid to be entrusted with a vote.

Ergo, stupid people vote Democrat.

With all of my experience re the subject of vote fraud, I have been considering ways to fight it.

For example, facial recognition technology has come a long way. Recently, a friend of mine checked into a hotel he had never stayed at before. The Front Desk Clerk greeted him by name. The security cameras had identified him from a database as he walked into the hotel!

What if someone takes continuous video of people entering polling places? While cameras are illegal inside polling places, they are legal outside of the boundary which in most states is 50-100’.

If the illegals can see that they are being videotaped going in and out, they know that they may be identified and prosecuted later.

This would also serve to deter the serial voter. A serial voter enters one precinct after another, sometimes changing shirts or whatever, to vote under various names. In my state it is a common practice for activists or paid vote scammers to vote for people who are dead, out of town, rarely vote, etc. They have now expanded this practice to assuming the identities of Republican voters.

Without ID, there has to be a way to catch them.

Video and face recognition may be able to deter them.

The League of (ultra liberal) Women Voters are a pack of Hillary's shrill feminazis, at least here in Kansas.

Some are even registered RINOs!

Excellent recommendation, it seems foolproof!

Of course it'll take some politician with a set of gonads to get it rolling.

It is very suspicious this spate of “rulings” by these black-robed tyrants attempting overturning voter ID laws en masse. It is deliberate collusion to interfere with the integrity of our election process and is willfully promoting voter fraud just in time for a Presidential race. States have a clear and present interest in disregarding laws that promote criminality ORDERED by federal judges.

Why bother with voter registration at all? If you show up you vote. As many times you feel you should to make the election go your way. Only barrier will be infants cannot vote. But other than that no age restrictions either.

That is what Libs want.
