This is a riot desperation because NC is pretty much is in the Trump column.
What it means is that the DNC/Hillary do not have control over BLM leadership that is using any shooting to justify riots and violence to force change.
Basically, what they will end up wanting is ROEs for police that forbid using a gun against someone black no matter what they do. Then pumping in billions of dollars to “put their neighborhoods right...” In the end, what the real leadership wants is destruction and anarchy.
More importantly, after falling even further behind for the last 8 years, most blacks realize a Hillary win does nothing for them.
