Pentagon Considers Launching Limited Military Action Against Assad
Reuters ^ | October 8, 2016 | Mike Theiler

WASHINGTON - The Pentagon is considering carrying out limited attacks in Syria that don't drag U.S. President Barack Obama to an embarrassing situation, along with several U.S. security bodies holding meetings since weeks to figure out a solution to the rising crisis in Aleppo amid potential U.S. attacks against the Syrian regime.

Officials in the Pentagon and the White House told Asharq al-Awsat newspaper that these airstrikes will not be disclosed and the U.S. won't claim them publicly.

Some analysts expressed concerns over the mounting tension between Russia and the U.S. as this might drift the Syrian war and spur a military conflict. However, the Pentagon source seems certain that a U.S. decisive military step can be taken without any risk or real danger.

Syria is a Sovereign Nation. The United States of America is a sovereign Nation. When a Sovereign Nation uses military force against another Sovereign Nation, that is regardless of how it is phrased, an act of war. And according to the Constitution of the United States of America, only Congress can declare war.

Ask the Germans. They learned that the Russian Bear was a whole lot easier to grab than to let go.

A war with Russia will make everything going on in politics moot. I can’t imagine that even Obama wants a nuclear war but blaming his incompetence is just as difficult. Could anyone be so out of touch as to not see this coming?

I do believe that the O administration may deliberately be trying to get us into a major war with Russia. But not because they genuinely have a problem with Russia, but rather for the negative effects it would have on our military, which he and the left of the hard core left despises.

Obama has been surrounded by people who were supportive of the Soviet Union since day one, when his "Uncle Frank", Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis, his boyhood mentor in Hawaii, would read him poems glorifying the Soviet "Red Army". And, again, it is KGB Putin's goal to restore the evil empire and more with additional positions in the Middle East.

Barack Obama's Marxist Mentor

Barack Obama, from Dreams from My Father, Three Rivers Press, New York, Revised Edition, 2004, ISBN 1-4000-8277-3, p. 76-7:
"But by the time I met Frank [Frank Marshall Davis] he must have been pushing eighty, with a big, dewlapped face and an ill-kempt gray Afro that made him look like an old, shaggy-maned lion. He would read us his poetry whenever we stopped by his house, sharing whiskey with Gramps out of an emptied jelly jar."

Obama's Red Mentor Praised Red Army
AIM Report | By Cliff Kincaid | April 30, 2008

Barack Obama's childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the Moscow-controlled Communist Party USA (CPUSA), wrote a poem dedicated to the Soviet Red Army. "Smash on, victory-eating Red Army," he declared. He also wrote poems attacking traditional Christianity and the work of Christian missionaries.

The "Red Army" poem goes beyond hoping for the communists to beat the Nazis in World War II and hails the Soviet revolution. It says:

Show the marveling multitudes
Americans, British, all your allied brothers
How strong you are
How great you are
How your young tree of new unity
Planted twenty-five years ago
Bears today the golden fruit of victory!

Obama's Communist Mentor
AIM Column | By Cliff Kincaid | February 18, 2008

excerpt...

"through Frank Marshall Davis, Obama had an admitted relationship with someone who was publicly identified as a member of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). The record shows that Obama was in Hawaii from 1971-1979, where, at some point in time, he developed a close relationship, almost like a son, with Davis, listening to his 'poetry' and getting advice on his career path. But Obama, in his book, Dreams From My Father, refers to him repeatedly as just 'Frank.'

The reason is apparent: Davis was a known communist who belonged to a party subservient to the Soviet Union. In fact, the 1951 report of the Commission on Subversive Activities to the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii identified him as a CPUSA member. What's more, anti-communist congressional committees, including the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC), accused Davis of involvement in several communist-front organizations."

Frank Chapman, a CPUSA supporter, has written a letter to the party newspaper hailing the Illinois senator's victory in the Iowa caucuses:

" Obama's victory was more than a progressive move; it was a dialectical leap ushering in a qualitatively new era of struggle. Marx once compared revolutionary struggle with the work of the mole, who sometimes burrows so far beneath the ground that he leaves no trace of his movement on the surface. This is the old revolutionary 'mole,' not only showing his traces on the surface but also breaking through."

-People's Weekly World (PWW), official newspaper of the Communist Party, USA:

Most are too stupid or ignorant to even understand the evilness of Obama and his death-to-America agenda.

Oh, it will go nuclear in a matter of minutes after it starts. And the Russians are better prepared to withstand a nuclear exchange both geographically, mentally, and physically than the United States today. In the 1950’s it would have been about even. But the cancers of feminism and political correctness has worked its way through the American system. On a whole, America has been so feminized and sissified until those living in the 1950’s would not be able to recognize it if they came back.

If we use our air power to attack the armed forces of Syria on that state’s sovereign soil without a declaration of war and without that nation having committed an act of war against us, what we are doing is no different than what the Japanese did on the morning of December 7, 1941.

LBJ’s Tonkin Gulf Resolution was “limited” too.

It led to 50,000 + dead American mothers sons and untold millions of other deaths.

I’m against ANY offensive overseas military action of ANY kind by the Obama Administration on the grounds that I don’t believe a damn thing they say!
