Schoolboys don’t chop heads off. Is there any place on Earth where you can go where there are no muzzards?
Unfortunately they can and do. And at least here in Australia, it's important to talk about that because one of the places we've identified serious radicalisation issues are in certain government high schools in both New South Wales and Victoria - we have a few schools that have produced a disturbing number of problems recently and the education departments in those states seem to want to pretend that that can't happen in their wonderfully secular system.
Frankly, the Islamic private schools seem to be doing a decent job of civilising their students and preventing radicalisation while certain state schools in areas with significant Muslim populations have their heads in the sand and want to pretend it isn't happening, and won't do anything about it for fear of being seen as intolerant.
