Of course the CNN story contradicts the Nevada Secretary of State, especially since it published two days ago.
I think that (CNN) link talks about absentee ballots only at that time. In person early voting started in NV yesterday but I don’t have the same results in NV from 2008 or 2012 to compare to - same issue in NC. Absentee ballots were down so far but in person early voting (which heavily favors Dems in NC, and looks like NV) is down even more - although difficult to tell the impact due to the time changes and reduced # of early polling sites.
I am surprised at the number of Democrats voting as my conversations in Reno, where I live, find practically zero Clinton support, which I presume means minimal Democrats. Maybe one doesn’t mean the other.
Where do you see the contradiction? The Nevada Secretary of State shows Dems well ahead in early voting and ahead in absentee voting.
The big question. WHO are the DIMOCRAT’s voting for this year?
isn’t the party affiliation supposed to be unknown on absentee ballots?
otherwise, postal workers can just destroy those ballots they don’t like (ie: republican votes)
I don’t think there are Repub ballots and Demorat ballots. That only pertains to primary elections so I do believe this is total BS.
First day of in person early voting favors the dems more than the accumulated mail ballots.
But the dems lead in both cases so who knows what the finals will be after Oct. 8.
I’m so not ready for Senate Majority Leader Schumer. I like my liver.
I’ve had 2 of Hillary’s people knock on my door looking for a previous tenant. I just moved here. Reno.
Welcome to Nevada.
Party affiliation is right on your voter registration here in Nevada whether you vote absentee, early voting, or on election day proper.
Few people voting multiple times.
Something is wrong with that - it shows no voters (that I can see) for Carson City. there were long lines yesterday to vote.
Thanks.
