People have been fined and lost their jobs for non-secure handling of classified info.
Hillary isn’t subject to the rules her own Department’s employees were required to follow.
And she is seeking to be our chief law enforcement officer.

When Wiener got involved, now we have never “sausage” a crime.

Nothing is marked “classified” per se. It’s marked Top Secret, Secret, or Confidential, with paragraphs marked (U) for unclassifed, (C) for Confidential, (S) for Secret, and (TS) for Top Secret. And if in hard-copy form would have a cover sheet with the highest level of classification of its content indicated. I was a tech editor in aerospace industry for 25 years and inserted those markings in documents.
Well, let’s keep in mind if there was no “intent” then there was NO wrong doing. /s

She (Huma & Hillary,both)forgot that she took an oath of office.
They forgot so much, that they forgot there was memory in the laptop

Hillary now as she was on that day or 33,000 other days! She either didn’t care to note it’s classification and went ahead and forwarded it to Huma. Or Hillary just glanced at the TOP SECRET status, said, “Meh.” And sent it on its merry way to Huma’s Yahoo account. A day like any other for this evil criminal. Either way. She could careless about our citizenry or our countries safety.
Hillary thought that the “C” stood for C___ or C____.

Wolf Blitzer was arguing with Rudy about markings on “classified” emails. He claimed it had to have the “banners” or stamped as such on the document. Just having a ((C)) is not enough.
Does a document have to be marked as Wolf described to be considered classified? Would not just a portion of a document automatically make the entire document classified?
This story confirms pretty much what we’ve suspectes for years: that Huma had unfettered access to Hillary’s in box.
