FRACTION MAGIC VIDEO (Widespread Electronic Voting Fraud Mechanism)
blackboxvoting.org ^ | October 31, 2016 | Bev Harris

Posted on 11/01/2016 9:06:25 AM PDT by DannyTN

real-time demo of the most devastating election theft mechanism yet found, with context and explanation. Demonstration uses a real voting system and real vote databases and takes place in seconds across multiple jurisdictions.

Over 5000 subcontractors and middlemen have the access to perform this for any or all clients. It can give contract signing authority to whoever the user chooses. All political power can be converted to the hands of a few anonymous subcontractors.

“It’s a product. It’s scaleable. It learns its environment and can adjust to any political environment, any demographic. It runs silently, invisibly, and can produce plausible results that really pass for the real thing.”

Provides solutions and actions for immediate deterrence.

I saw this story on Infowars, but infowars is blocked on FR. So I went looking for the story from other sources. Apparently, the "GEMS" software has built in code for skewing the election.

Whoever controls the GEMS software, can set the vote to whatever outcome they want. They can specify the percentages they want the final outcome to be.

Ah, I searched for the infowars story. Failed to search for this one. Anyway, if true, this story needs as much publicity as it can get.

GOP needs to be warned in every state GEMS is in, to get familiar with this and have a monitor with the person charged to control the software.

From Drudge:

http://www.infowars.com/how-americas-elections-are-hacked/

I caught part of the radio show and this is the biggest fraud if true. If this is true the Democratic party should be decertified and outlawed.

According to Bev Harris, this ability was added to Gems software in 2001 by a person, a felon, associated with the Nixon administration. Doubt the GOP will much help.

I imagine they would prefer HRC to Trump.

The state GOP’s aren’t as likely to prefer Hillary. And they are the ones that need to be questioning the use of the GEMS system, what verification procedures are in place, and if anyone is monitoring the consultant overseeing GEMS.

There is no reason in the world that any vote counting software should NEED to use floating point math with 14 places to the right of the decimal point and not integer math. Votes are a unitary, quantum, one size fits all. There is no such thing as a fractional vote. There can only be an integer vote of one vote to a person. No vote is worth more or less than ONE. . . yet the GEMS software is capable of handling votes valued to 14 decimal place values. WHY?

The reason is that by placing values on votes you can easily steal an election and set any percentage outcome for any side the operator of the GEMS software desires as an outcome! AND, unless there is tedious audit trail to follow from a paper original ballot that is kept which often does not even exist, it is an invisible hack and cannot be proved that the election was hacked, because the software takes care of adjusting every thing at every level down to the precinct to make it all look correct!

You can watch the video Fration Magic here:

Fraction Magic on Youtube

Bet Harris is a Liberal Democrat and she is convinced that Hillary Clinton is going to steal the election, quote: "If Hillary wins or loses the election, she's going to win the election," due to this GEMS imbedded software which has been spread to almost every state. Harris is horrified!

According to Bev Harris, who asked the company that owns the GEMS software why the decimal capability was added, they would only say it was for marketing purposes.

This fractional vote tallying software, according to Bennie Smith, the IT guy discoverer of the hidden code, is dated as being present in versions of GEMS as early as 2006. I leave it to all of you to make your own conclusions as to who stole what elections using this capabilities since it was placed inside GEMS since 2006.

They cannot deny it is there. . . so they had to answer with something. Other wise they would be left hemming and hawing. Soros' company should be sued out of existence. . . and all electronics removed from our voting process. Go back to WATCHED accounting that can be easily audited. No hanging chads allowed. Any unclearly marked ballots are voids.

I cannot think of a single legitimate reason for this capability to be found in a voting machine.

I thought she said 2001, but I do remember her referencing 2006. Apologies if I was wrong.

I'm a 30 year programmer and I found the video very hard to follow. Lots of music and the 'important' parts didn't stay on the screen long enough to study.

At the end they had a black guy trying to rile up black people and they mentioned something about one of Nixon's Watergate guys.

My impression is they're trying to prepare for a Trump win and accuse him of voter fraud.
