You guys understand that the first page is Colin writing TO Hillary. She is asking the question. She is simply saying there is a rumor that you had a cell phone. Did you hand how did you get it. As much as I want some evidence against Hillary. This is not it. She is just asking.
It’s from Colin Powell. Do you read these before you post or just glance at them.
What smoking gun? This is an email answer to Hillary from Powell. If it is a smoking gun it is for Powell telling her how he was trying to get around the DS.

Actually, the bulk of the e-mail is Colin Powell's response to Hillary's question.
And it is Powell who admits to "intent" to avoid State's archiving practices -- not Hillary.
I.e., there is no "smoking gun" here.
