California residents will be voting tomorrow on a measure that would require individuals to purchase a permit to but bullets and for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to regulate the purchases.

There will be ammo pushers on every corner doing a sound business.

A state cannot vote to impose an obligation onto a federal authority.

Already law. Passed by the state legislature earlier this year. This amendment is just a backup in case the legislature failed to pass the law. Will become law next year even if amendment fails.

It’s time for Americans to abandon the Peoples Republic of California for one of the free states.
Since they know I own guns, I expect the police to show up some day at my door with a search warrent demanding to see my ammunition. When they find my ammo and I have no permit for it, I will go to prison. I expect that to happen within 2 years, especially if Clinton is elected.
