I am BETTING that this editorial board didn’t whine about FAKE NEWS when Hitlery and Hussein and Susan Rice and a buttload of media outlets REPEATED THE LIE ad nauseum that a YOU TUBE VIDEO was what triggered the murder of four Americans in Libya.

The Fake News hysteria is major media's reaction to the fact that they have lost control of the narrative. There were no concerns about Fake News over Benghazi, exploding pickup truck gas tanks, the "defeat" of the US forces in the Tet offensive, the "child refugees" invading Europe, and the list goes on.
But heck drum up the same sort of outrage over David Koresh and go kill a bunch of kids to save the kids...

Mass media has already have screwed the pooch. There is no recovering the trust they have lost. The only thing they have left is to try to silence alterative news.
Donald Trump (and Mike Pence) might be God’s present answer to this kind of crap.
Maybe the old familiar media will rot in place, while new marques arise with far greater credibility.
The fact that the MSM is going to the wall on this like nothing ever before is the equivalent of a big neon sign advertising that this is a vulnerable tipping point for the globalists. There is a reason that Podesta was the email leak target for Wikileaks and it extends beyond Hillary’s most recent campaign.
Terrorists shouting “Allah akhbar” slaughter dozens of innocent people and the leftist media reports that authorities are “puzzled” about their motives. A loon-bucket comes into a pizza joint and fires a rifle into the air and immediately he’s determined to be a right-wing madman driven by “fake news” stories that originated with Donald Trump, the Russians, and space aliens.
Or for that matter, publish a bunch of stories about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, and then use that as a pretext to invade the country at the cost of thousands of American lives, tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi lives, trillions of dollars, and the resulting mess we now have in the Middle East. And that's not even counting the destruction, terrorism, and suffering in other places that resulted from that mess.
In the "fake news" contest the US government and their allies in the main stream media are tied for first place.

If we got too irate about this, the lefties would have gotten their way.
The good Lord won’t let these weapons prosper against us if we are diligent to be faithful to Him. And He is not a mere metaphorical entity. He’s a Savior bent on showing salvation to the world if it is but willing to accept it gladly and raise glory to Him.
“Fake news”? Then it would be nice if these liberal jabberers would investigate Comet Ping Pong and publish their factual results, instead of just saying “fake, fake, fake” because it attacks Podesta and Hillary and suggests that they might be pedophiles.
It’s like saying that Obama has proven his citizenship by putting that fake birth certificate on-line. Anyone who questions it is a stupid conservative. Never mind that it has been shown to be a stupid forgery.
Well, we don’t KNOW anything about Comet Ping Pong or Hillary’s possible connections with pedophilia there because there are no honest mainstream journalists out there willing to actually investigate the FACTS. Facts? What do they care about facts? Most intelligent people in places like PR who hear this story from questionable sources say to themselves: “Interesting. I’d like to learn more about this, but all we get is screaming accusations.”
The problem - one which the Left won’t admit - is that the Democrat Party base is such a collection of reprobates and downright freaks, that “Pizzagate” actually sounded plausible to people. People who were so used to being lied to, and having their noses constantly rubbed in perversion and debauchery that they were tired of it.
When you’re getting flak, you’re over the target.

It’s hard to miss the fact that no victims or witnesses have come forward. PizzaGate is reminiscent of the McMartin case back in the 1980s, but at least McMartin had some alleged victims.
Wasn’t there at least a crawlspace? Or was it built on slab.
Well, you don’t need to dig into it ... it’s only about sexploitation of children and sexual degenerates. So you push the fake news as real and slur the issue as per the establishment’s meme.
And, pray tell, what will this editorial board and you say when people start getting serious prison sentences for playing “dominoes” and having “pizza”, “cheese”, “pasta” and “walnuts”?
