Hillary Clinton’s top political adviser John Podesta said the campaign is supporting an effort by members of the Electoral College to request an intelligence briefing on foreign intervention in the presidential election.
“The bipartisan electors' letter raises very grave issues involving our national security,” Podesta said in a statement Monday. “Electors have a solemn responsibility under the Constitution and we support their efforts to have their questions addressed.”

I guess the Clinton campaign can continue to raise money until Trump is officially sworn in. Just in case, so to say. Just a legal way to funnel money.
Any “intelligence briefings” needs to include a showcase
exposition of the corruption and foreign influence that is
either implicitly or explicitly contained within the
Clinton State Dept. and DNC emails.
This is very rich. John Podesta’s ignorance of information security is what made WikiLeaks possible vis-à-vis this year’s elections. Among the e-mails released were some from the 2008 campaign - during which some of the campaign staff warned Podesta, in an e-mail message, that using Gmail was not smart. Fast forward to 2015, and not only is he still using Gmail, he falls for a phishing attack which then opens up a ton of informaiton.
Trump needs to announce a wide and deep investigation in his inaugural address, one that not only looks at the leaks and the election, but one that also looks at issues like Google placing their thumb on the scales of public discourse by tweaking their search algorithm to de-emphasize information critical to Hillary Clinton and emphasize information critical of Trump.
This Soft Coup is becoming a problem. Hillary has been planning this for years. Unless the American people act, the Coup will happen, and war with Russia will begin. It’s been her plan all along
CIA operation to try and stop Trump or hurt Trump. May not be from rank and file but the political trolls in the company have reasons to keep him out of office or try and damage him as much as possible.
The rank and file needs to step up and shut this crap down. If they didn’t and I were Trump I would seriously consider a major house cleaning with the Christians in Action flunkes. This stunt only further damages the CIA’s reputation in the world.
They must have the script written, ducks lined up etc.
Just another venue for them to make their allegations but of course not enough time for the gathering of any real proof.
These electors cannot be trusted to see any CIA intelligence briefing. Does anyone even know who these people are or their backgrounds? They don’t even have the lowest security clearance. They can’t be trusted with any sensitive info.

So what are they saying here? “Forget the voters, vote how our spy agency tells you”
They will trickle out manf evidence all week, it’s fully coordinated. Hillary’s Dec 15th thank you party is not a thank you party. She will rescind her concession and the public battle for electors will commence at that moment and then over the weekend.
Trump had better get in gear, because it’s him (and us) against the CIA, FBI, IRS, most courts, the media, the democrats, and 33% of the GOP. What is he to do? Take them to court?
Just give them a briefing like Obama gets. You know, the ones with the coloring books. /s
1. The Electoral College meets on the 19th.
2. That date is fixed by law.
3. There is no legal provision for another date (3 USC 6 refers)
4. The Electoral College is not a single body, but rather 51 such bodies - each of which meets in its own state capital to cast the ballots (US Constitution refers).
5. The "briefing" was requested by 9 Demoncrat electors (probably all from Cantifornia, but who knows?) and 1 Texas elector who has already said he won't vote for Trump.
6. The briefings would have to be done by next Tuesday.
7. There would have to be 51 such briefings.
8. Cantifornia is going to vote for the Witch anyway.
9. Good luck in getting this done by the 19th.
So what to make of this? There is a little known Pennsylvania case (sorry, that's where it's from) that overturned an election after the individual took place. The basis of that suit was fraud (and guess which side undertook the fraud?). The person who took office was removed and the challenger inserted. The same story line is being pursued here. That is why Stein needed to find fraud, and since that failed, here we are.
So the threat isn't the Electoral College vote, it's later.

Former NSA official William Binney, an architect of the agency's surveillance program, says that it is more likely that a disgruntled member of the U.S. intelligence community leaked the emails.
On "Fox and Friends" this morning, Binney said that accusing the Russians is a way of diverting attention from the actual issues that the emails bring to light.
…and there it is in a nutshell. Once again, the democrat controlled media is working overtime to take attention away from reality with a falsely constructed story that they all obediently repeat.

This is comical. There is no evidence— none— where is the evidence? This whole thing was a commie plan to steal the election from the people. no elector would be so stupid to risk the danger of pissing off the people of his state beyond comprehension. 38 states prohibit it— I suggest immediate federal law making it 10 years in prison for not voting the will of the people.
But this joke is going nowhere. The Dems can’t come to grips that they had a criminal for a candidate.

I don’t think the words “silly” or “ridiculous” apply with these people any more - from importing illegals to trying to cripple the 2nd Amendment to this latest plot with the electoral college, these people have been relentlessly dead set on disenfranchising Americans, robbing us of our birthright, dignity and rights as citizens.
They’re dead serious about it, and it’s no joke, and it’s about time we stop describing them as fools and circus clowns and take their intentions seriously.
Keep up this nonsense and the Special Prosecutor will be starting work at 12:00:01 on Jan 20.
