Very true, although I see Joe as more of an opportunist. But if it increases the margin in the Senate, no complaints from me.

When the going gets tough, the weak fold. Manchin is a folder. He had his chance a long time ago to make a command decision and failed at that by siding with the establishment of his state that was ripe for flipping its long history of predominately Democrat rule after the passing of Robert KKK Byrd.

Besides being a noodle, he used his power to effect his daughter’s raping of those who needed the EpiPen. I have very little respect for this weasel and want him relegated to have to defend his record in 2018 just like 22 other Democrat Senators will be, or retiring because their polling shows they cannot win.

How long will it take for him to join the Gang of 8? I say go with what we have and not only reshuffle the deck in 18 but also weed out the establishment pool by the likes of Jeff Flake. The let the bulls run in a china shop built exclusively for them.

I know and the premise of my point was just that. Now that he is losing, and knows it, his flipping only tells me one thing, I see him as nothing but a double agent.

There are people in the state who have the bonifides to replace him in two years. Face it, this cycle is complete except for the wolves snared in their own traps, screeching effortlessly to get free of them and the death wales are ear piercing. But, except for the die hards that will chew off their snared legs, who will still be yapping, they will only be doing any of it on three legs and mother nature has a habit of taking care of that.

Manchin is one that is using the puppy eyes tact instead of the caterwauling like the rest. Hoping to live another day just as the Snake in the song lyrics we know all to well.

Condi is a Bush hack, abortionist. Wouldn’t trust her with anything other than a football and a piano.

Exxon Mobile also donates to Planned Parenthood.

Why don't you at least try to be honest about it. Here's ExxonMobile's answer.

We Asked Companies About Their Donations to Planned Parenthood. Here’s How They Responded.

ExxonMobil:

“ExxonMobil funding for Planned Parenthood organizations have been made through our employee/retiree matching gift and volunteer programs, which exist to support our employees and retirees in their personal philanthropic giving and community involvement. ExxonMobil’s giving through these programs is based entirely on employees and retirees’ support for these organizations and does not reflect ExxonMobil’s philanthropic priorities or support for community causes.”

I am, and I am fully aware of their excuse. The bottom line is that there is no law, rhyme, or reason why they have to match donations to Planned Parenthood. They could tell employees they will not match donations to Planned Parenthood. Regardless of their excuse, money flows from Exxon Mobile into the coffers of Planned Parenthood. Unacceptable.

I am reminded of the line from Ghostbusters:

“They gave us money and facilities, we didn’t have to produce anything! You’ve never been out of college! You don’t know what it’s like out there! I’ve WORKED in the private sector. They expect *results*.”

Thinks some people in State are in for a rude awakening?

....you know there will not be one democrat voting to confirm.

Well, don't place any big bets on that just yet.

I can think of at least one guy in the senate (our very own Johnboy Tester, to be specific) who is 1) Up for re-election in '18, 2) Currently "represents" a state that went big time for Trump and 3) Was only (JMHO) voted in back in '12 because of 0's coattails and/or gross vote fraud and is going to have to at make some very, very strong adjustments to his attitude if he wants to keep that plush gig.

That doofus has already got ObamaCare hanging around his neck (plus being such a dedicated buttboy for Harry Reid I wonder if Tester could get dressed for work without checking with Reid's office), but all anyone's heard from him for the last six months sounds about ten paces to the right of Reagan.

...except that just talkin' the talk ain't going to cut it anymore, Tester's just bright enough that maybe he's already got that hint and....well, just maybe we can begin to wonder out loud if "somebody" like Tester might just jump some fences to try and keep his arse in office.

I wonder if Tillerson is a sacrificial lamb. Give the wolves (libs, progressives and RINOs) something to prey upon, something to get their pound of flesh so that they can claim victory when they reject him.

Then, Trump can nominate the real SOS he had in mind all along.

Meanwhile, since the wolves got their lamb, they’ll leave the rest alone.

Wow, I hope not. He sounds like an excellent choice for the position. I can hear the anti corporate left crying cronyism no matter who he picks from corporate America though.

When I consider Trump's issue with Boeing's dealings with China and Iran, I remember that I can't completely dismiss anti-corporate thinking. That and the fact that corporations were leading the LGBT charge.

Ha ha ha...

Nope!

You see, Trump hasn’t been in a position to destroy political momentum like Newt has. Newt has done it time after time after time, and all the while he was in a position with the experience to know better.

He should have known how much damage he was doing.

bump! I read where Condoleeza Rice even thinks this is a very good nominee. Not that I thought she did an exceptional job as Sec State.....and seeing how NeverTrump she’s been up until this statement apparently.
