You could probably draw the seats horizontally, but I imagine there’d be complaints over the fact that they were historically one given to the plains east and the other to the mountain west, each with different issues (ranching for the east, mining in the west). Of course, it’s all academic since they’re not likely to get a 2nd seat back in 2022.

Ranchers and miners would just to get along cause it ain’t 1930 no more and their interests as Americas are the same, the rat party deep in the minority being to their mutual benefit.
