Amid an ongoing surge of illegal immigration from Central America, the Obama administration is releasing migrants — detained illegally entering the United States — into Laredo, according to Texas Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar.
“The Department of Homeland Security is releasing immigrants, mostly from Central America, in the Laredo area where they are free to go with relatives or sponsor organizations while they are given a Notice to Appear for an asylum hearing before an immigration judge on a certain date,” Cuellar explained in a statement.
“These immigrants were previously processed to be deported before being reprocessed with a Notice to Appear and therefore released on their own recognizance,” he added.

“Our taxpayer dollars, and more importantly, our border communities, are bearing the burden of providing emergency shelter and food for many of these immigrants who have been coming to the border and pleading asylum in record numbers,” Cuellar added.
The Texan further warned that another 40,000 migrants from Haiti, Africa, Asia and the Middle East are also expected to be heading from Haiti to the U.S.-Mexico border.
I think you are attacking the wrong person here, as he is blowing the whistle because it is most likely his district that is bearing the burden of this policy.
I would immediately arrest and hold every DHS person that is involved until odumbo is taken to the wood shed.
Arrest every darn one of these border crossing criminals. Notch their left ear so we know they’ve been here once, and could recognize them as such if they return after deportation. Start notching other body parts if they return, and throw them back where they belong.
This would not be happening if Obama had not put out the welcome mat. Cuellar is way late to the party if he is sincere about doing anything constructive about stopping the illegal alien inundation.

Henry Cuellar is one of the good guys who wants to protect Americans living in his congressional district.
I would arrest and imprison the sponsors of any illegal who failed to appear for these hearings. Barring a death, they must be held culpable.
