I feel a draft but, not bone chilling. I am not seeing a dictator, maybe someone who speaks his mind. Im not sure how I feel about it . There are many judges who have the goal to make the Constitution a living document. I am not sure how you can interpret the Constitution giving rights to non citizens.

Trump can't say anything negative about a judge but it's OK for 0 to call the SCOTUS out in his State of the Union and more or less tell them that they f@(#ed up on national TV.

The President has less power than 1 US Circuit Court judge. With a stroke his pen he nullified national policy. It will take years of legal proceedings to determine the power of the judge versus the president.

Why is this so concerning? It's OK to argue about whether the judge should or shouldn't have issued this order. But Trump is apparently attempting to delegitimize our federal judiciary by calling Judge James Robart, a George W. Bush-appointed judge, a "so-called" judge while arguing that his decision is "ridiculous."Say it ain't so. The president thinks the judge isn't much of a judge and the judge's decision is ridiculous .
Chilling!
