Oh, the winning… it’s often too funny. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is now independently, on its own impetus, requesting an internal vote on a full panel en blanc hearing to review its own decision.
Additionally, the full ninth are asking the Trump administration to file an additional brief telling the court why the three member original appeals ruling authority was wrong. In essence, the smart judges know what wasn’t considered, and are now looking for an out.
You just can’t make this stuff up.

Plus, the plaintiffs had no standing in the matter.
That was the be all and end all when it came to demands to see 0bama’ long-form birth certificate. Standing should be just as important here.

The 9th has a lot at stake if something bad happens while they’re interfering with the Preident’s lawful duty to protect American citizens.
President Trump is savvy. Everybody else is playing catch up.
Since when does a president need to issue an EO to enforce the law already on the books anyways?

That’s what I was wondering. I would think that it would be unethical for the 9th Circuit and a SCOTUS justice to converse about the disposition of a case such as this. But I could understand it if one or more SCOTUS members expressed shock at this ruling.
This was just announced on Fox News. Looks like Trump threatening to take it to the full Appellate court has made the 9th Circuit a bit nervous. They want to hear more. HA!
The 9th circuit is a ridiculous circus that can never be taken seriously, except that there’s serious consequences for their irresponsibility. They really do not care if thousands die because of their recklessness.
Certainly a good possibility. However, that will put more pressure to bust
the Ninth Circus.
Fox news did a break-in during the 7:00pm hour stating this same thing.

I am thinking that the “ninth” is trying to press President Trump. The thought being that if the President responds to this new order before the Feb. 16th deadline the president might make a mistake that they (the weasel judges) can use to their own advantage.
The problem they have is how the three judge panel jumped right into the political pool without looking for the proverbial lifeboat first.
