This new attitude could be because the country was able to see what a biased excuse for a court we are paying for on the Left coast. A moron could read the law and know that the president acted constitutionally. He Ninth Court members should be impeached and the Ninth Circuit split into four courts. It shouldn’t be difficult to replace the prejudiced judges we listened to on that pathetic phone deposition. Some first year law students should be available.
These judges in the 9th should be tried for TREASON. They are clearly enabling some who are serious risks and even known threats to our national security to enter.
First it was two. I and a number of others have proposed three.
But now we have four. I think we go with four unless we hear a call for five. Do we hear five? Going once....
That might be because anyone who can read has very little problem comprehending the phrase “Whenever the President shall determine...”. That one seems to have confused the 9th Circuit judges.
Hugh Hewitt ( no friend of Pres Trump) was incensed by this decision. He said if any of his con law students presented the ruling the 9th circus did, he would have failed them all. I predict this is going to end badly for activist judges.
