You and your family ignore our laws when it is to your advantage but then use our courts and laws to file a legal action against us.

Send him and his effing lawyer back to Mexico and pursue their suit there. Nothing grants him standing to be present in this country for his lawsuit.

“... protected from deportation under a policy by former President Barack Obama...”

He seems to think Obama is God of the universe and anything done by Obama is eternal.

Well I have some very sobering news for this illegal clown. Any future president can simply undo executive orders by a previous president. Trump is now the new God of the universe and his orders are eternal (that is, until he is no longer president and then it starts all over again).

Fearing deportations, Mexico warns its citizens in the U.S.

LA Times ^ | 2/10/17 | Patrick McDonnell et al / FR Posted by markomalley

The much-publicized deportation of an immigrant who had been living illegally in Arizona prompted the Mexican government on Friday to urge its nationals in the United States to “take precautions” amid a “new reality” for the immigrant community.

The expulsion of Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos, a Mexican citizen and mother of two U.S.-born children, “illustrates the new reality of the Mexican community living in the United States in the face of more severe application of migration controls,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

The ministry urged its citizens to “stay informed about immigration matters”’ and keep in touch with the extensive Mexican consular network in the United States. However, Mexican authorities acknowledged there is little they can do to slow deportations or counter other get-tough immigration policies of President Trump. (Excerpt) Read more at latimes.com ...

P-MARLOWE POSTED: If the Mexican govt and its consulate offices are found to be encouraging their citizens to break the laws of our country, then (a) revoke their diplomatic status, (b) evict their diplomats, and, (c) close the consulates.

DEMAND CONGRESS ACT NOW-—Domestic and international laws are being breached. Mexico’s dangerous and harmful threats could impact US trade, states’ economies and interstate and international commerce.

One of his lawyers, Mark Rosenbaum, is also a law professor and with the ACLU, of course.

If this case goes anywhere, I will surely bet that we will see more of these... a LOT more.

This looks like a setup. He tells ICE he is a gang member, then says he was pressuro say that and is now is filing suit. Citizens are wrongly arrested and detained all the time and is not big news.

“... protected from deportation under a policy by former President Barack Obama...”

They leave out the crucial word TEMPORARY. DACA was never a permanent status program.
