Before any more 'outrage' at the Arizona law (or now the temporary slowdown of refugees/workers to the US) . . . read what it's like from the other side of that fence...

I have been trying to tell all of you how draconian Mexican laws are and that they don’t play around. This further validates what I have told you.

I wouldn’t go to Mexico unless I was very well heeled. And they don’t like people packing...unless it’s their drug lord pals who pay their government hacks—beau coup.

I have worked short term on a tourist visa... my situation was such that no one asked or cared. I have also worked with a work visa... it resembled a Mexican passport, occasionally coming in and out of the country they would see it and wave me into the Mexican citizens line...

But each time I was essentially short term. Getting the visa cost the company a lot of money even though I was only going to be there a short time as I say. I did some training gigs... six days a week, a few months at a time...

The Mexican government uses its vast military and police forces to keep its citizens intimidated and compliant

And they plan to get that going here with their countrymen that they have installed into our government.

Ah. Thanks for the reformatting anyway. I was hoping for a link that I could email to a few people. Tried to find it on American Digest without success.
